The OGO (Outdoor Gravity Orb) is an 11 foot transparent sphere constructed from over 300 square feet of a special plastic, more than 1,000 little, special, plastic, anchors, about 600 multi-colored strings and endless hours of welding, gluing and tying (part science and part art) combined to make a beautiful giant OGO ball. It may look like a huge hamster ball, but it was made for those fun-seeking humans to enjoy a variety of activities in it from surfing, swimming, sliding, running, jumping and more. Here at the park, you'll be able to jump inside Our OGO and travel back in time, to when you were a kid again, just in the moment, having fun, enjoying life, smiling, and laughing while the OGO is rolling down our giant hill, with you and up to 2 other friends with you inside!

Experience what the OGO is all about. In this iconic family owned adventure park, you will find out why the OGO will be like nothing you have ever done. You will start on top of a 1,000 ft hill and the expert staff member will release you. Don't be scared, because you do not “tumble” down the hill, you slip and slide your way down. It's the only zorbing like it in the U.S. There are a total of 4 tracks with 3 very unique zorbing experiences to try: • FUNnel: Our newest adventure, the combined FUNnel, and zigzag course. Up to three people can roll in this one-of-a-kind experience like no other zorbing track in the world! • Fast Tracks: If you have a need for speed, this is the zorbing track for you. A total of three people can roll and you will definitely experience being a little out of control as you speed down our 1,000-ft. hill. • Extreme Zig Zag: This zigzag course is so extreme you must ride solo! If you are up for an extreme adventure this is a must-do!

Great experience! Some reviews mention how expensive it is for one ride and it's fairly short, however, we felt it was worth it for the unique experience. The process and facility is well organized, decent changing/locker rooms. When it's busy it does take quite awhile to wait in line for the bus to get to the top. I also recommend water shoes when it's hot as the turf is hot when waiting to go down. Highly recommend reservations and getting there when they open during the busy summer season.
I had a blast! Would do this a thousand times over. A day takeover for a party would be amazing for any age
Our experience was great. We ended up adding more rides once we got there. It is pricey for what you get in my opinion, but the experience of riding a ride that is the only one in America was worth it to get a. Definitely would go back and do it again! Staff was fantastic, helpful and hospitable. They made the experience even better.
A definite must, great experience. Looks more intense than it is. Lol, I just saw a teenager standing up and running inside the ball downhill, OMG!

Very disappointing customer service. We purchased a VIP package because it was not clear online that individual rolls could be purchased separately. When we arrived, we specifically asked if our package was the cheapest option and were told yes, with no mention that packages were not required. After spending nearly $900, we learned we could have paid per roll for much less. When we asked for a credit, management refused. We also never received the shirts included with our VIP package. The activity was fun, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the issue left a very negative impression.

Absolutely would not recommend. A business owner that yells and cusses and threatens customers is not a business that should be supported. We were excited to go to this activity, but on Google, where it shows third party website, a website called HelloTickets/Tiqets appeared that showed 5 rolls for $62. Now that sounded a little bit too good to be true, so I sent them a email to confirm, in which they told me that everything is good and that they work with them. What I didn't expect is what happened next. We drove a few hours from Nashville, excited to do this activity, as we got there, we were told we are only getting 1 roll. We were confused and manager tried to offer us a solution of giving us 2 rolls instead of 1. We paid $60, I mean OF COURSE we should be getting 2 rolls for $60. They tried to say it wasn't their problem, and then stuff went down when the Owner of the park came yelling at us why we are taking so long and absolutely screaming at us (not letting us explain or show proof), saying to get the f out of his property and he will call the cops, he's the owner, and we are a waste of times, and much much more. It was unbelievable. He made my friend cry on her birthday, and honestly, I really hope people don't support a business like this just based off how the owner handled it. I own many businesses and in a situation like this, it's a super simple resolution, it won't "hurt" you or even "cost" you to just to give the customer what they paid for and deal with the third party vendor. Please, they don't deserve the business.

Tiqets and HelloTickets are not the same company and are not affiliated. In fact, they are competitors. We do have a ticketing agreement with Tiqets, but we had no prior knowledge of HelloTickets or the listing you referenced until this was brought to our attention. That listing is not authorized by us, and we are actively working to have it corrected or removed so other guests don’t run into the same issue. That said, the larger issue here is not just the ticket, it’s the interaction you experienced on-site. Regardless of the circumstances, you should have been given the opportunity to explain your situation fully and treated with professionalism throughout. Feeling talked over, yelled at, or disrespected, especially during what was supposed to be a fun visit, is not acceptable, and I understand why that left a lasting negative impression. From our side, when a ticket comes from an unauthorized third party, we are limited in what we can honor because the purchase is not connected to our system. However, that should have been communicated calmly and constructively. The situation should never have escalated to the point you described. We are taking this feedback seriously and reviewing the interaction internally. Situations like this are exactly where professionalism matters most, and it’s clear we fell short in how this was handled. must do while in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. a little pricey for the time actually spent in the ball rolling, but a very different experience. In April, they filled ball with very warm water, so we stayed warm in the ball. Chill once wet and outside. Prepay for 3 rolls, and if you decide to do more, just pay for more there. Not too busy when we went, so we actually did 6 rolls each. we did the go pro camera also, which was nice, but really no need to pay for 1 or 2 just to get a sense of what it is like inside ball.

While then experience was great, my kids loved it, the check in process was painful. Our check in initially was perfect but to purchase additional rolls took about 1hr, which was INSANE! With a better system, it would be a 5 star experience
