East Tennessee Off Road ATV Guided Experience

I booked a 75 min ATV Tour with with Gon Ridin' for 5 of us (ages 56, 55, 24, 24, 21). We had a 10:00 reservation. We arrived around 20 min early, filled out our waivers and headed outside to watch a quick safety video. The helmets smelled to high heaven, but they fit and that’s all that matters (you will def have to wash your hair afterwards…no stopping for lunch or anything else-trust me lol). I was the only one with zero experience, but they had us take a practice run before it started. I'm glad they do that, because it gets you used to the ATV. We were with another group of 4, so 9 people total. There were 2 guides with us--one in the front, and one at the back. I started off just fine. But when I saw the steep hill I had to go down, I panicked. I knew there was no way I could do it, so Jay had me pull to the side and let the others go ahead. He told me that I could stop if I wanted, but he felt that I could def do it. He didn't rush me, and he was SO KIND. I put all of my faith in him, and I went down that hill. He was behind me the whole way, and he encouraged me throughout. The employees are top notch. They are right there when you need them. When you get to the top of the mountain for pics, they talk and take selfies with you. Will I do it again? Heck no! Am I glad I did it? Absolutely! Will my family do it again? They already said it was their favorite part of the trip, so that's a YES! :)

The tour guides are excellent. Some tough terrain to navigate through, nothing an ATV can’t handle! Lots of fun!

Good time riding through the mountains. Their place is way back in there and watch closely for their sign at the road or you will miss it.

This ATV adventure was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Gatlinburg. The scenery was beautiful, and the scenic overlook was both impressive and unexpected. Our teenage son and his friend loved every minute of it, and honestly, so did we. As another reviewer mentioned, if you’re only going to do one activity during your visit, make it this one—I completely agree. The guides were friendly, easy to talk to, and great about taking photos along the way. If you’re looking for a memorable experience, especially for those sometimes hard-to-please teenagers, you won’t regret booking this tour. It was the first adventure of our vacation and ended up being our favorite.

It was fun I ended up falling off 6 mins into my ride but my boy Justin came thru helped me up.then gave me the rest of the tour on his bike .My boy Justin is a goat 🐐

We had a great time. The ride through the mountains was amazing and our guides were very friendly and helpful. It’s only minutes from Pigeon Forge but you would swear you were in the middle of nowhere.

We had a great time ! They were friendly and on time and gave us a practice run before we started and the actual tour was an hour long with great views ! They are very careful and detailed ! When I was scared my instructor was so kind telling me it was okay ! Book with them !

Lee and I think his name was Jordan I believe were absolutely amazing ! We road with them 6/12/26 and my mom was too scared to ride alone and Jordan Road with her and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. They were very patient and helpful with everyone! Energy top tier ! Lee even hopped in my picture ! lol great experience all around ! Everyone was friendly even the guys in the shop!
