We recently had the pleasure of visiting this spa, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The Hamam spa treatment was the highlight of our visit – incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, leaving us both feeling refreshed and renewed. The warm, steamy environment, combined with the thorough exfoliation and cleansing, made it a unique and luxurious experience. Although we only spent a couple of hours there, the pick-up and drop-off service was extremely convenient, taking all the hassle out of getting to and from the spa. The staff and therapists were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, ensuring we felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our treatment. Their attention to detail and friendly nature added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. We would highly recommend this spa to any couple looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and seamless service. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

First off, I never received confirmation from either Viator or the vender about my pick up location and time of appointment. Secondly, after arriving at the destination, the people working the counter, after showing them my ticket for entry, did not know what package I actually paid for. One of the workers called their boss and was told I paid for $125.00 spa package. After, getting all the treatments and ready to leave, they tell me what I paid for is less than the spa package I received. I ended up paying an additional $63.00 dollars (US).

The Turkish hammam experience is absolutely a must, but this property is not recommended. We had great difficulty in contacting them to confirm a schedule, we were not able to benefit from the various massage options, the changing rooms are cramped and without bench, hairdryer or other, there is a swimming pool but that we can not use because in disposable underwear, the foam "massage" boils down to a quick soap, the rest area is next to the reception and therefore very noisy, the premises are clean but not welcoming, and overall everything is too fast, you really feel like being one customer after another as soon as possible

The hammam is located in the hotel's basement. It's a small, unkempt space with tiny changing rooms, barely room to turn around. The exfoliation itself is done with a rough mitten containing what appears to be moth or clay residue... It's simply disrespectful to use a hammam in such conditions.

Absolutely worth the experience. Devika gave me the best cleansing ever. She was both gentle and exerted pressure. It give a royalty feel. Loved it. And the overall service was fantastic
