Pickup Locations & Times
**You must be out front of your location at the beginning of the pickup window or the bus will be forced to leave.** Pickup from most major downtown New Orleans hotels. If you hotel is not listed please list in comments area or reach out to us directly on our phone number found in Information Travelers need from you. For pickups, there will be a 30 minute window. Please be on the lookout for a bus that says Alert Transportation. 9:30 AM pickup will be sometime between 9:30 AM and about 10:00 AM. 1:30 PM pickup will be sometime between 1:30 PM and about 2:00 PM.

Gary was an excellent host. Great sense of humor and very knowledgeable about everything NOLA related. He sent tons of great recommendations for food and drinks and let us know about COOLinary month and the museum month as well.
Gary was very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed the 3 hours with him Wish we went to cages cemetery but it was not part of the tour.
This was the second time doing this tour and both times I had Gary as the tour guide. Gary is very knowledgeable about New Orleans and adds humor to his stories which the group loved. If you do the tour, ask for Gary. He will not disappoint.

This was an informative and entertaining look at The Big Easy. We learned much about the effects of Katrina that we thought we already knew, and Gary was an outstanding tour guide. We was professional, funny, and very well informed. He made the tour worthwhile. Pro tip: take this tour early in your visit to New Orleans - you will learn a lot about what the 'don't miss' things are in the city.
Ask to have Gary K as your tour guide! He's a native and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. His voice was loud, clear, and easy to understand. He peppered his stories with appropriate humor from time to time. I've been to New Orleans a dozen times before and still learned so much.

Gary is knowledgeable and funny. He spent a significant time relating the story about Katrina and knew all the facts about Levy‘s and how many people had to move away and statistically how many people are back. He has full of information and is a pleasant guide.
