The day before the...

The day before the experience we were sent a message with a picture of the meeting location. We couldn’t find the employee at that location. Sent a message and called the company. Luckily they called and we were able to meet up and receive our packet with tickets. The experience includes tickets on the high speed train, tickets for the HopOn HopOff bus and tickets for the underground aqueduct tour. The description of the HopOn/Off bus location provided was confusing. We stopped in a hotel and picked up HopOn/Off bus map. It would have been helpful if the map had been provided in the packet we received. The description in the packet indicated we would do the underground tour when we first arrived but our ticket was for 13:00 about 4 hours after arrival. It worked out and gave us time to ride both loops of the HopOn/Off bus. The description of the closest stop to the underground tour didn’t appear to be one of the HopOn/Off bus stops. We found the location easily with online map. Our underground tickets specified Italian but we were able to join the English speaking tour. Really enjoyed the underground tour. Overall I think this experience was a good idea but if I had to do it over I would probably book these 3 items on my own so I wouldn’t have to meet someone to get the tickets.

Hidden Naples

I went to Naples with my granddaughters: pleasant experience. Timely train both outward and return. Underground Naples is also a fascinating discovery for children who are fascinated by this new vision of the city. Efficient organization and with assistance at the station.

Not a great way to visit Naples!

This is not a trip I would recommend that anyone book. Better to have a guide to show you some city highlights via car. We had to book a taxi for this as no way to get a guide the same day. I guess I didn't read the description carefully - it's basically a train ticket and walk thru the underground. After that there is no way to see more than a couple spots with the app .. especially in this heat. Disappointed we didn't do something different here.
