However, it may be agreed to start at a location outside the city of Lisbon, which may be subject to the application of additional travel fees. This was a tour of the area around Cascais. My guide was Pedro and he arrived on time in a clean and great car. He was the safest driver I have ever used and we toured the coastal and inner roads around Cascais. We stopped at beautiful locations ranging from beaches to cliffsides and we avoided crowds and he explained the areas and the history. Just fantastic. The winding roads were covered in flowers and local culture. It never felt rushed and there were plenty of time for pictures and a bit of shopping. This is SO much better than doing it yourself. This is how you truly see and experience Portugal.
