The driver came right on time. The driver was very pleasant and courteous. Very clean and spacious car
Booked for early pick up time, but they changed it to 3 hours prior to my flight. If you book, don't give your flight number. They adjust pick up based on your flights and blame you!!!!! You need extra time in Lisbon. They pick you up within 3 hours of your flight. They said they confirmed, but I never got any confirmation til you can't cancel and get refund. better getting uber/bolt

Terrible service, we booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel, despite the confirmation of Reservation with the airport of the money, on our arrival at the airport after more than 1 hour of waiting our driver did not show up having to take a private taxi losing more money (despite the fact that it was already not cheap service 14euro for 4km) The driver s private number was not active.

WORST AND DON'T USE. We used Viator to get a shuttle from our apartment to Lisbon airport in July and we had a great experience. But for this operator, we booked a reservation and paid at least one week in advance, and kept requesting to confirm a pick up location as we particularly needed to be picked up in front of our apartment since we had several heavy luggages. They did not confirm until the day before for 6:30am pick up, and they insisted that their driver could not come to our apartment despite the fact that another driver could in July. And they still charged us. My understanding is that the operator does not have a certain license when they could not come into some streets. Unless you are staying at hotel on the big street, I would recommend not using this operator.
If your looking for a departure service I would highly recommend using BeDriven. I received all the details required to make this a successful choice. They provided pickup time, texted me when they would arrive, and it was a smooth transfer from beginning to end.
