I am writing to report a failed service for my recent booking. Despite arriving at the designated meeting point at 4:10 PM for our 4:30 PM tour, the guide failed to show up. I waited until 4:45 PM and attempted to contact the tour operator via message to alert them of our arrival, but I received no response. Due to this no-show, we lost time, energy, and money. I am requesting a full refund for this experience and would appreciate Viator intervening with the tour operator to process this return of payment.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Due to an operational error during the Eid holiday, this booking remained available unintentionally and I was unable to operate the tour as scheduled. I take full responsibility for this mistake and have already implemented measures to ensure it does not happen again. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.
A great experience with Jamon! He was so patient with my one year old and made the tour custom to our needs! made sure we were comfortable and the pick up drop off was a fabulous accommodation. We highly recommend!
Thank you so much.
