It was a great trip. I learnt a lot. Bruno is great tour guide. He explained well on every sightseeing stop and he was very patient in taking our enquiries
We had the best day with Igor, our guide/driver. We spent the day exploring Lisbon and it was just amazing. The panoramic views were amazing, Igor knew so much about the history and culture of Lisbon. We loved the Se Cathedral, just beautiful. The town of Belem is beautiful, we could spend a few days there, so much to see and do. Igor was a great guide and we told him what we wanted to do and he made it happen. We visited the Coach museum and it was so interesting. Jeronimos Monastery and Gardens are beautiful, the church was amazing, so beautiful, we could spend hours there. Definitely recommend this company and especially Igor, he was great! He stood in line for the Pasteis de Belem and we bought a 6 pack to bring home. We had a great day and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Whenever our family travel (9 of us), it is a better option for us to book a private tour that can take us around in a private bus/shuttle/van along with a tour guide. I booked Go2Lisbon after inquiring with different tour companies after I emailed with Alexandra. Booking via email was quick and easy. They are fast to respond with any concerns and questions. Their pricing is VERY VERY competitive. Our Cunard cruise arrived Lisbon on 12/26/18 and we had the pleasure of having Antonio as our tour guide. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He is also accommodating with our request on how fast/slow/changing of the schedule with our tour. This made the biggest difference from all other tours we've been to (both privately chosen or assigned private tour). The bus they provided was very spacious and comfortable which can seat 16 people. It was clean and new. While Antonio took us to the "touristy" spots, he did steer us to the local spots when it comes to food which was wonderful. The initial spot he wanted to take us for lunch was closed for the holidays but, I knew it was a place for the locals. This goes to show Antonio really wants to show you how great Lisbon is. No tourist-trap here. At the end of the day tour, all of us kept saying we wish we had more time in Lisbon and Antonio became a friend of ours. Next time we go to Lisbon, we will for sure contact him again.
