Mateo was great. Very friendly and hospitable. Provided a great tour and spoke English clearly for us. The bikes were in great condition and easy to operate. He also made great recommendations for the rest of our stay which we have enjoyed.

We had a fantastic tour with Daniel as our guide! He was charming, very helpful with bike related adjustments, and full of anecdotal information about the places we were seeing and the history of those areas. We were well taken care of regarding our safety on the streets, and he was attentive to our possible needs. The bikes were great; they were comfortable, had lots of power if you needed it on those seven hills, and shifted smoothly. He also showed his compassion for the wellbeing of strangers when we came across someone who looked like they might need some help. All in all a really nice day!
