Itinerary
.Comércio Square: This Square was the centerpiece of the reconstruction that took place after the earthquake of 1755 which has reduced Lisbon to rubble. In a privilege location, facing the river, this is the most popular square in Lisbon and one of the largest in Europe.
Learn about Alfama's connection to Fado music. A genre so pungent and touching that it will not easily leave anyone indifferent. It's even said that Fado makes the cobblestone streets cry.
.National Pantheon: Also known as St. Engratia Church, it’s a majestic baroque monument that took three centuries to build (from 1682 to 1966) and is the resting place of the most important cultural and political figures in the country.
It is one of the most important monasteries and mannerist buildings in the country. The monastery also contains the royal pantheon of the Braganza monarchs of Portugal.
Graça is on the highest of the seven hills, Graça is located next to the iconic São Jorge Castle and this area is famous for its two beautiful viewpoints: Senhora do Monte belvedere and Graça belvedere, also known as Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen viewpoint. During the 20th century this neighbourhood became a residential area for factory workers mainly. At that time this neighbourhood was characterized by its courtyards, traditional taverns and grocery stores, hosted popular festivities and the first public school was founded here (Voz do Operário) as well as the arrival of the iconic 28 tram.
Crossover the castle coast, climb to Graça to see the most incredible picture of the Lisbon Castle.
Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood and the most charming one, it’s considered the historic soul of Lisbon and its steep, cobblestoned lanes stand just as they were in medieval times. This area is best known for its fado houses and the great festivities of Lisbon which honors “Santo António” (St. Anthony) during the month of June, luring thousands of people into the streets. This neighbourhood resisted to the terrible earthquake of 1755 and this is one of the main reasons that contributed to the preservation of its authenticity. This charming area retains some of the Moorish atmosphere with its alleys, staircases and clothes drying on the windows.
.Lisbon Cathedral: Officially referred to as Santa Maria Maior de Lisboa (Patriarchal Cathedral of Saint Mary Major) is the oldest place of worship in Lisbon, dating back to the mid 12th century
.Praça do Martim Moniz is located in Lisbon, near Rossio. The square honors the nobleman who, in 1147, helped D. Afonso Henriques to conquer the castle by crossing the door so that his companions could pass through
....See Lisbon Downtown , Tgaus River from one of the highest hills of Lisbon.

Our family of four (2 adults + 2 teens) had a blast on our e-bike tour around Lisbon! Javi was a great guide: very knowledgeable and he navigated us safely around the city. The e-bikes were easy to ride and powerful to get up the hills!
The tour was excellent, I’d do it again for sure!. The guides, Bill and Nuno, were super friendly and knowledgeable. We all had a good time and the e-bikes were fun.
Peter was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The e-bikes were a lot of fun and made it easy to ride through the city, especially when tackling Lisbon’s hills. We loved cycling through the beautiful streets and seeing the city from a unique perspective.
Convenient meeting spot is just a couple minute stroll from the pier where our Liberty of the Seas cruise ship docked. Tony is the finest guide and made this our most favorite excursion in years. He described culture and history in a way that gave me a real understanding. Excellent fun!
Great experience with a thoughtful and helpful local guide . Easy to recommend for a fun experience.
This is a great way to cover a lot of territory in the old areas of Lisbon and navigate all of the hilly terrain easily with an E-Bike. The pricing is reasonable and our guide, Jet, did a wonderful job. Overall our bikes worked well without any issues except one minor glitch.
On thick slippers that can easily cross the tram tracks, we went up the hills. In addition to the beautiful sights, we received a lot of information about the development of Portugal... Very good event
Our guide, Peter, was excellent! His knowledge of the history of Lisbon & Portugal as a whole was amazing, and his ability to weave it all into an interesting and understandable story was excellent.
Very nice and interesting bike ride 7 hills up on fatbikes. Our guide Jet could tell anonymized and brought us a lot of broad information without value judgment. Compliments!
Our tour guide Annemijn is a very involved, social and friendly person with a lot of knowledge of Porto. She managed to guide us through busy Porto in a very relaxed and safe way and not only to name the tourist highlights in the most interesting locations but also to share lesser known facts. A built-in coffee moment with Portuguese delicacy was particularly welcome. All that made the trip special and is therefore highly recommended. Thanks to Annemijn (hopefully the first name played well)
