Lisbon: Dolphin Watching with a Marine Biologist - Ocean Safari
Description
Our main goal is to find dolphins! Depart from Lisbon on a fast Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB). The adventure starts on a speedboat in search of dolphins as we head into the wide Atlantic Ocean. Get the best views of the Atlantic Coastline, on a comfortable and safe 8.5m RIB as we head out to sea. We will scan the ocean in search of wildlife using several techniques; just like a scientist, you will play an important role in helping us find them. Get to know the different cetacean and seabirds species with an expert Marine Biologist. During 3 hours, you will experience the adventure of looking for wild marine species, like sunfish, sharks, jellyfish, whales or even sea turtles, so close to Lisbon. We want you to get to know them closer. Upon returning to the Tagus river, we will quickly stop in front of the beautiful monuments in Belem and you will admire the iconic 25th of April Bridge. Embark on this Odyssey of nature tourism with the true experts. The tour can be done in 2 boats.

- Customers will keep seated on comfortable Jockey seats, but will be able stand up in the boat to enjoy the wildlife encountered.
- Big boats tend to make people seasick, that is why we work in a fast and safe RIB of 8,5m in which you will feel the ocean breeze.
- If you still think you might get seasick, make sure you avoid having a milk or yoghurt-based breakfast. Eat properly and include bread and an apple to avoid getting seasick. (We also have pills if necessary).
- Not suitable for babies under 5 years
- Customers who present any of the conditions described above will be denied access and will not be refunded.
- We will only give 5 minutes tolerance after the time of the tour.

Great morning out on the water - literally ran into a pod of dolphins within minutes, and stayed with them for 30 mins. Really informative tour guide with great knowledge and information. The dolphins were close up to the boat swimming alongside. Not much luck out at sea, but they are wild mammals so not always guaranteed Would recommend.
Very nice trip, friendly guides! We saw several families of dolphins. Besides seeing the animals, it was nice to see the city from a different perspective. It was absolutely worth it.

This was an excellent experience! The company is very organized and knowledgeable. They have 2 boats go out at a time and communicate to each other when they find dolphins. We went as a group of 7 and would definitely do it again!

It was great! We saw a group of about 30 dolphins. Where even babies were present. The guides took the time to show us dolphins, and we were really out for almost 3 hours looking for another group but unfortunately did not find any. Nevertheless, everything was done to provide us with the best possible experience. I would book again immediately.

The boat tour was perfect. We were on a speedy boat and went out to the waters. You can really see dolphins, and I believe we are lucky as our pack is bigger than usual so more dolphin activity, our guide is also super knowledgeable and gave us explanations as we admire the dolphins. Also the speeding boat is quite trilling
