Great Introduction to Lisbon

The tour covers all the highlights of Lisbon. Recommend taking the time to see the whole route then choose where you want to truly explore. We were able to see all that we wanted and meet friends at a great waterfront restaurant. Easy to access by the metro. It even includes Tram tickets.

Bravo

We took the central city/Belem yellow bus and saw quite a few highlights. We even took it a second time! Enjoyed seeing this beautiful city on a weather-perfect day

Look at the route before purchase and compare to other companies

This yellow bus line does not offer as many stops as their competitor. Check before you purchase to ensure you see the sites you are interested in. It was not convenient to our hotel and we had to take a Tram for access where as their competitor was across the street from the hotel.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Judging by the other reviews, this company is a scam and they do not care. Wanted to do the hop on, hop off tour, waited over an hour for the first bus, the driver drove past our first stop without stopping so got off at the 2nd stop and waiting another 40 min past the scheduled time for pick up. 3rd stop waiting almost 2 hours (while watching 4 of the red sight-seeing busses come and go). Lots of people waiting, most gave up and got taxis. We gave up in the end and when the bus finally came we just stayed on the bus until the end as we could not face any more waiting in the hot sun missing a lot of attractions we were hoping to see. Were only in Lisbon for 3 days and lost the best part of the day waiting for a bus that should turn up every 30 min. Spent 4 hours waiting for less than 15 min on the bus. This is disgusting service!!! Also, they don't put the timetables on the stops, only a QR code that makes you download their app, give them permission to harvest your data then just get a 404 error code. IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE PLEASE CONTACT THE COMPANY AND ASK FOR THEIR COMPLAINTS BOOK. THEY SHOULE NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPPERATE LIKE THIS.

Disappointing service!

Very bad experience! First of all, the price paid at the ticket office is not the same as the one practiced online on the pretext that the 10% discount cannot be applied to a young person... Also, the ticket check before boarding is done in a rude manner without any warmth, while the energy could be used to clean the bus between each round (dirty seats). The audio guide devices are not all functional (completely out of service or partially malfunctioning). But above all, the 30-minute frequency is not respected, leaving customers helpless, without protective shelter from the sun, and without information. A telephone connection would at least allow for communication of information regarding any temporary traffic difficulties on the network. But apparently, this is not the intention, raising questions about the quality of the targeted customer relationship. Overall disappointment even though the itineraries provide a good overview of the city.

Good tour ended poorly, left without updates.

Before joining the afternoon Belem tour on Saturday our group spoke with the guide / salesperson by the tour bus to check on how long the tour itself was, that we would be ok getting off at the stops and getting back on and how long we would wait at each stop, we were advised the tour was an hour 50 and buses were travelling every half an hour so we wouldn't have to wait long at a stop and we took the tour. We got off at the 10th stop Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and walked down to the 11th stop at the Torre de Belém. Whilst seeing the Fort/Tower we just missed a bus returning to the centre and decided to wait for the next one. It was exceptionally hot and there were a few people waiting and bit by bit those people got fed up and left. It had been over half an hour when we checked the WhatsApp for updates using the QR code on the yellow bus sign and this advised that several of the later evening night buses where cancelled due to the events in the city this week. But the earliest one listed as cancelled was still and hour and a half away and the buses were supposed to arrive every half an hour, and there were still 5 stops we wanted to complete. We continued to wait, largely in the baking sun (and what nearby shade was available) for the next hour. It had been over an hour and a half with no signs of a bus, which we felt was ridiculous given our earlier conversation, when we decided to order an Uber as we thought all the buses must have been cancelled and the WhatsApp not been updated. As we pulled away in the Uber the bus was finally coming up the road, but to have waited that long with no update was still a terribly poor experience and we ultimately missed the end of our tour.

Bus I don't know, bus yes, I'm in Portugal. The route is impeccable the audio guide explains well.
