Description

Alfama is where Lisbon's soul lives — the steep, winding neighbourhood that survived the 1755 earthquake and refuses to be anything other than itself. This app-led scavenger hunt takes you through Lisbon on foot, using phone-based riddles to guide you from one landmark to the next. No guide, no fixed start time. • Follow riddles to the Panteão Nacional, Largo do Chafariz de Dentro, and the ancient Sé de Lisboa — Portugal's grandest monument, oldest fountain square, and oldest cathedral • Move through Alfama's cobbled lanes at your own pace, without a guide or a schedule • Suits couples, families, and groups of any size Available in 24 languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian — see the full list when booking and choose yours when you start the game in the app. Around 2 hours - any group size. If fado is the sound of longing, Alfama is its address.

Great tour

We had a great day exploring Lisbon’s old quarter with the Explorial tour can highly recommend.

Operator response

Alfama's tangle of little streets is made for exactly this kind of day, Natalie 😄! So glad you got to wander Lisbon's old quarter at your own pace and soak it all in – that neighbourhood's got so much charm packd into every corner. Thanks a million for the recommendation! And when the next adventure calls, we've got plenty of other citys ready for you to explore. Até já! Your Explorial Team
