TOP! We were at the hotel at 4.30am to pick up and it worked out great. Only recommended the transfer.
Our driver was there to pick us up right on time. We walked out of baggage claim and he was waiting for us even though it was 0530. His car was right out front and we were at our hotel within 25 minutes of collecting our luggage. This was very appreciated after a long day of travel from the States.
Arrived in Lisbon. No communication from company from transport company to my numerous texts via the Viator message app. Very frustrating. Had to go with Bolt.

Mixed experience for us. We paid for the unlimited waiting as we didn’t know what to expect at the airport. My mom’s wheelchair wasn’t set at the gate so it took us longer to wait so it and then work through immigration. I communicated constantly with my driver through WhatsApp. When we got through immigration we were told that the driver had left for his next ride “very tight agenda”, and they would find us another driver. We waited 30 minutes for another driver. Not what I expected for a ride that included unlimited waiting and for which I had communicated status with no indication from the driver or company that he would not wait. Once the new driver was procured, the ride to the hotel itself was in a clean car with a great driver.
Quick and easy, driver was very pleasant and talkative, felt safe with the driving experience. Informed us where to go to get our train.
Our experience with TOPTOUR was outstanding. After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to deal with crowded buses or taxis, so we opted for the private transfer. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our trip! The private transfer from Lisbon Airport to our hotel was seamless. Our driver was waiting for us right at arrivals with a sign, and he couldn’t have been friendlier. We had an unlimited waiting time, which gave us plenty of time to collect our bags without rushing.
