For airport arrivals, after collecting your luggage, please proceed to the arrivals meeting point where a TOPTOUR PORTUGAL hostess will be waiting with a personalized sign. You will then be escorted directly to your vehicle. For departures, your driver will meet you at the specified pickup address at the scheduled time. We had a great experience. Rui Pestana, our driver, was on time for our pick up in Fatima, and the car was nice and comfortable. Rui had waters for us and provided information to us during our transfer to Lisbon. During our stop in Obidos, Rui dropped us off and picked us up right at the front of the main entrance. He made sure we did not have to walk far or too long in the heat. After we arrived in Lisbon, he even gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Rui and this transport service.

A wonderful experience. Communication was perfect and we were well informed by our driver Ricardo Cruz who messaged to let us know he had arrived and where he was located. Ricardo had my name displayed for us to see easily. He was very smartly dressed and extremely friendly and professional as well as helpful. He helped with our luggage and ensured all our needs were met. The car was immaculate and Ricardo ensured the temperature in the car was right for us. Absolutely first class service.
