Vitor was on time, very helpful and very pleasant. My flight was canceled delaying my entry to Portugal. Vitor and I communicated through out and he was very accommodating. I feel he went the extra mile in helping us when we finally made it in. So! I highly recommend using the company Viator for all your travel needs when traveling to other countries!

Vitor did a great job finding us at the airport and getting us to the hotel. Also, he waited over an hour for us, since our luggage was delayed and some of it was lost. I really appreciated how helpful he was. I would highly recommend Vitor!

There was nobody waiting for us outside the arrival area. One of the other tour operators helped us connect with ours and the guy who answered said that we did not have any booking with them. When he finally realized that we do, he sent another person to pick us up. It was a very frustrating experience.
