Highly recommend this fun event!!! We booked the private table for 2 and I'm glad we did. We had the best seats with perfect views and it was easy to get up and get around the boat. Service was excellence for dinner, and we had many choices of dips, a lovely dinner, and even some dessert. We even opted for the wine (2 glasses each) and that was worth including! When we arrived on board, they seemed to know us already and sat us very quickly. The experiences were also so much fun seeing the traditional dancing, whirling dervish, and belly dancers. Plus, our evening views of the coast were well worth going. While I booked the tour for 8pm start and all was confirmed and communicated regarding pick up prior to the date, the day before we were given a window of 7:15-7:30 pick up time at our hotel. This was a comfortable window given our fight time and transfer. But, on the way to our hotel, this changed to 7pm pick up and we barely arrived to our hotel.

Beautiful sites on the Bosphorus River in the evening. The live entertainment of a belly dancer and Sufi whirling was very interesting.

Amazing experience! The food was tasty, the staff super friendly, and the shows were so much fun. Seeing Istanbul at night from the Bosphorus was unforgettable. Definitely recommend this cruise!

Thiis experience began with the host supplied driver being 20 mins late for pick up. We were taken to the vessel and then shown to our “private table” which was so close to other tables we had to be careful with our elbows. We were greeted by a waiter who asked for a tip before beginning his service and asked 3 more times during service. The food was poor with the bread and and condiments in individual packages. When the floor show started it was only visible by 20% of the people due to layout. The cruise degenerated into all of the nonTurks outside on deck waiting for the ferry to dock and the locals dancing and singing inside. Upon docking there was a rush to offload led by the nonTurkish guests. Once on shore the company driver did not return to the drop off point. We could not communicate with the driver by phone because he did not speak English. We were forced to communicate through a third party. 40 minutes later and three changes in meeting points we found him. We were on the waterfront in a dark part of the city with out resources or taxis. The evening was an endurance test for how to deal with expensive and extremely poor execution. I am unclear why Trip Advisor even rates this kind of operation. I will certainly think twice before consider Trip Advisors advice in the future. I am a frequent global traveler who has traveling the globe for 30 years. I have seen good and bad. However when I am promised good by a “reliable” third party and then faced with constantly unfolding disaster I relish the past when there were travel guides who checked their recommendations regularly in person.
Dear Guest, First of all, we are truly sorry for your negative experience. However, after carefully reviewing all the details, we must clarify that the issues you described were not caused by our services but rather by a series of misunderstandings and actions on your side. From the moment you booked your tour through Viator, we attempted to contact you several times in order to provide your pick-up details. Unfortunately, you did not respond to any of the three messages we sent via Viator. On the tour day, we were finally able to reach you by SMS and inform you that your pick-up time was between 19:30–19:45. We also notified you that due to Istanbul’s heavy traffic, there could be a 10–15 minute delay. Despite this, you continued sending numerous messages, and the driver eventually picked you up at 19:55. Regarding the seating arrangement, please note that it is determined in accordance with the official capacity certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism. It is strictly forbidden by law to exceed this capacity. Additionally, none of our staff members are allowed to request tips from guests. We have reviewed the CCTV recordings from that evening, and there is no evidence supporting your claim. On the contrary, the staff only provided service, and at no point did anyone ask you for a tip. We are more than happy to share these recordings if requested. During the cruise, you even sent us a message stating that everything was fine and that you were enjoying yourself, which clearly contradicts the review you later submitted. At the end of the tour, when the boat docked, you messaged us again asking about your transfer vehicle. We explained that you would return with the same driver and advised you to go back to the original drop-off point. However, instead of heading there, you went in the opposite direction. While all other guests found the vehicle without any difficulty, you were unable to do so—most likely because of excessive alcohol consumption, which might have affected your orientation. The vehicle was waiting at the same spot, and when you contacted us again, we coordinated with the driver to ensure you were collected safely, even asking him to adjust his route despite having other passengers onboard. Unfortunately, once inside the vehicle, you insulted the driver in English. Although our driver does speak English, he politely told you otherwise in order to avoid any confrontation. This demonstrates his professionalism and patience. At your hotel, you exited the vehicle by slamming the door, which disturbed the other guests, yet no one reacted out of respect. We must emphasize that purchasing a service does not grant the right to verbally abuse staff or other guests. Despite your inappropriate behavior, our team handled the situation calmly and respectfully. Finally, it is disappointing that you are attempting to cover up this behavior by posting a misleading review. We always welcome fair feedback, but in this case, the facts and written evidence (messages and CCTV records) clearly show otherwise. We kindly ask for more fairness and respect when sharing public reviews, as your actions also affected other guests who rightfully expressed their discomfort. Sincerely,

Pors: Clean, team were polite, Appetizers were good. They accommodated my daughter birthday. Thanks to the team. Dances were good but was so rushed. Cons: Everything was rushed. Food is below average. People were standing, we couldn't see the show from back. Not worth the money.
