Your driver will be waiting in the airport parking area with your vehicle ready for departure. There is no meet-and-greet service inside the terminal. After collecting your luggage, please contact us via WhatsApp. We will send you your driver's details and directions to the vehicle. A meeting point video will be sent to you one day before your transfer. A valid and reachable WhatsApp number is mandatory. Please provide your international mobile number when making your reservation. Please note that our drivers speak basic English only.

We were met at the airport by the greeter, the WhatsApp communication was very helpful. Driver was very friendly and we had a good transfer to our hotel.

Representative that met us did not speak English. He was not familiar with the airport and had difficulty getting us to the van. Older van with dated interior not up to cleanness standards I expect.

The greeter was looking for us and guided use with ease and confidence to our driver. The driver was friendly had a beautiful van clean with a bottle of water and candies. We felt safe and enjoyed the ride.

Great communication and easy to work with! Due to a cancellation of one of our hotel rooms, we needed two of our group to dropped off at a different location. Our driver was willing to make an extra stop for us, which we greatly appreciated! Fantastic, prompt, courteous service! Highly recommend!!!!!
