Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST) is simple and stress-free. After passport control, follow the signs to the baggage claim area. Once you collect your luggage, continue following the exit signs and leave the terminal through Exit Gate 13. As soon as you step outside, you will see elevators on both sides marked “Transportation Floor.” Take the elevator down to -2 level. The elevator brings you directly to Exit B. From there, simply walk about 50 meters, and your private vehicle will be waiting for you next to Column B01. Right after your booking, I personally contact you via WhatsApp and send a clear video guide showing the exact meeting point step by step. ✔️ No waiting ✔️ No confusion ✔️ Direct pickup next to the terminal For hotel pickups, I personally meet you in the lobby at your scheduled time. Important Note About Airport Pickup at IST Due to recent airport regulations, name board meet & greet is no longer allowed inside Istanbul Airport, and large signboards with passenger names have been removed. As a result, when you exit from Gate 13, you will usually see large crowds and multiple transfer teams gathering passengers. Really liked this airport transfer service organized by Yusuf K. We received very specific instructions with pictures and videos as well about how to get to the spot to meet the driver when we landed. This gave us a lot of peace of mind when arriving into an unfamiliar airport after a long flight. Everything worked out really well. It was very reasonably priced as well and so we also booked through them on the way back. Definitely recommend going with this service because if you ask the hotel to book an airport transfer -- they charge you a lot more money for some reason for similar services.
The company sent us videos on how to exit the airport. Take the elevator to the parking. Where to wait in the parking lot. They were very efficient and the driver was very friendly and took us directly to our hotel.
Excellent experience overall. I would say, you get luxury ride at a price of economy. Inside of the van is what you normally see on a limo, very fancy.

We had to leave the ship at 4 am at the port to get to the airport . Our driver was wonderful. He was prompt. He was polite. He helped with everything he was where he was supposed to be, and he got us to the airport very safely and on time, and I cannot say enough about him and the professional. This was half the price of what the cruise ship was gonna charge us to go on a bus with a bunch of people and it was amazing to have a private car take us. I would also recommend him for just going around the city cause he can wait for you and you don’t have to take an Uber and you have one car. It is so reason

The airport shuttle service via Viator has been a stress free way to travel. All the drivers have been on time, helpful and the dispatcher was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The private vans for a family of 4 makes it more economical and much more comfortable than a taxi. Recommend using this service when you have a family for sure!
