Gulsen was the best tour guide! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and truly made us feel so welcome. She was so patient and flexible and made sure we got to see all of the best places! She was on tour and gave wonderful explanations about the history! Truly a delight to be around!
This is a fantastic, high yield day for a first time visit to Istanbul. It allowed us to do way more in a single day than we could have done on our own. Gulsen was very accommodating and met us at our hotel and adjusted the time to something that worked better for us. We are so glad we booked with her!
Gülşen is wonderful! Communication was very clear, she tailored the tour to incorporate the sights we wanted to see, and was very considered. Among other things, she made sure all the tickets were purchased in advance, so we did not have to wait in lines. The tour itself was fun and we learned a lot! Для русскоязычной аудитории: экскурсия была полностью на русском, маршрут хорошо продуман, все мелочи учтены.
I met my mom in Istanbul for a quick family get together and decided to book a tour with Gulsen because she can speak both languages Russian and English. The total excursion took about 4 hours and we all had fantastic time. Gulsen is very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant on the personal level.I highly recommend her as a tour guide. She can customize your experience to meet your needs in terms of sites you want to see and the content you want to hear. Absolutely the best!
I took this tour on my first day in the city and I couldn't have wished for a better welcome to Istanbul. Gülşen is an excellent and most capable tour guide who is both knowledgeable and empathetic. Her knowledge of the historic sites of Istanbul is extensive and her presentation is both highly informative and evocative of their history. She really brought the places alive for me. At the same time she was kind and attentive to the limitations imposed by my age (I was 72 at the time of my visit) and this kindness made the experience very pleasurable for me. Like many other who have been on the tour, I cannot praise Gülşen too highly. She is a wonderful guide and an amazing lady.
Impeccable organization, quick and effective assistance. Gülşen was extraordinary...precise, friendly, patient, dynamic, and extremely knowledgeable. Truly the "Top" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you
It was great !! Thank you Gulsen for such an interesting tour. Definitely will recommend it! Learned a lot during this tour:)
Was a great tour! We saw and experienced a lot in one day. Gulsen made it well worth it. She was very flexible, accommodating, and very knowledgeable! We also appreciated her getting all of the tickets for us prior to the tour as well as bringing us to a great place for lunch! Recommend doing this tour!
Our guide Gülşen was wonderful, super engaging, very knowledgeable and great at accommodating my father who walks with a cane. She answered our many questions about the city and its history, took us to a delicious cafe, and tailored the trip to our interests. Outstanding!
Ask for guide Gulsen! She is so very knowledgeable in all of the Turkish history for the many sites we visited. We were stunned at the beauty of the cistern and the Blue Mosque and learned so much about the Hagia Sophia. She still had time to take us through the Bazaar and the spice market and brought us to her favorite lunch spot. A great adventure made so enjoyable by Gulsen book this one even if you have gone throne or two of the stops before on your own.
