Hotel pickup and drop-off are available from the Sultanahmet, Taksim, Sirkeci, Kabataş, Eminönü, Şişli, Aksaray, Karaköy, Beyoğlu, Laleli, Beyazıt, Topkapı, Zeytinburnu, Beşiktaş, Ortaköy, Kağıthane, Sütlüce, Ataköy, Bakırköy and Vezneciler areas. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The pickup service starts between 30 to 90 minutes before the boat departure, and the drivers will not wait more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If the vehicle cannot access your street, the pickup will take place in a nearby area.

Absolutely amazing, The food was exotic, beautiful flavours on every plate served. The entertainment was fun, interactive with guests, and showed the colourful culture of Turkey. The view both inside while dining and up on deck was both romantic and divine, I never knew the city of Istanbul was so beautiful and alive....
Fantastic entertainment ambience was great , only complaint is soft drinks need to be colder and mains need to be a lot warmer was a little cold waiter douge was awesome very polite looked after us

The cruise, boat, and service were very nice. I felt the food was a bit blah. We did include the alcohol and would not recommend it as the alcohol was just house brand and not that good. Istanbul is a beautiful city and the views from the boat were great, however it would have been nice to have some commentary about what we were passing by. If it had not been for our two tours on the days before we would not have known anything about the sites we were passing by. And I wish we would have taken off at the stated time as I think the sunset would have been beautiful see. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing evening, but feel it could be much better with just a few little tweaks.
Great experience and service provided. Communication was great and the guide stayed in touch throughout informing us of the pick up and drop off location etc. the cruise was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend! Thanks!
