My wife and I sincerely appreciate Mount Zion Tours and Travels for stepping in to help reorganize two of our tours. The Managing Director of Mount Zion went above and beyond, and by doing so, he turned what could have been a disappointment (by traveling such a great distance from the USA to Johannesburg and missing the tour) into a very pleasant situation. Please note that I made the reservations through a third-party (that contracted with Mount Zion) and received an email confirmation that everything was in order, but somehow the third-party managed to completely mess up our reservation by booking a morning tour to begin while we were in flight from Frankfurt to Johannesburg, and not the afternoon tour for our first day in country. Our driver and guide were absolutely excellent! Should we return to South Africa, I'll definitely book directly with Mount Zion.

<p>We loved this trip, especially our interaction with the lion cubs and the cheetahs. Our safari guide was quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We also got to see the feedings of the two lion prides which was quite the experience.</p>
