The Bursa Day Tour commences in the morning from the city center of Istanbul. You will be picked up from your hotel in a fully air-conditioned bus. A tour guide will accompany you throughout this journey to provide interesting descriptions and assist you.

After just over two hours of traveling, arrive into Bursa, the first capital city of the Ottoman Empire. Make your way through the city, and hear how the ancient capital evolved into the flourishing modern metropolis that it is today. While contemporary sights are common, the city has retained its original opulence with an abundance of historical monuments strewn around its streets.
At the conclusion of your free time, the bus will resume its journey to the next destination on the excursion. Along the way, there will be a stop at a store that offers authentic Turkish delight, a globally renowned dessert and one of the sweetest memories you can take home from Turkey. Therefore, be sure not to miss the opportunity to purchase your favorite varieties from this shop.
Take a break for lunch at a Restaurant and savor a Turkish kebap or try other traditional fare. Afterwards, head to Bursa’s cable car and hop aboard for a climb to the peak of Mt Olympos. Stretch your eyes over expansive views of the city and enjoy some free time to capture photos. Once the free time is over, you will enter in a cable car and enjoy an exciting and fun ride towards Bursa’s city centre. The feature that distinguishes us from other companies organizing Bursa tours is that we include REAL trip with the cable car which takes about 30 minutes, instead of a basic 7-minute chairlift ride. I hope travel agencies will be more transparent and honestly list the full and accurate itinerary (including all stops, activities, and realistic timings) in the future. This would help prevent travelers from being caught off guard and ensure better expectations. I joined a full-day Bursa tour that started with a 7:30am hotel pickup. The driver then spent nearly two hours collecting guests from other hotels. I specifically chose this tour after reading the itinerary on TripAdvisor because it did not mention ATV riding. Unfortunately, we were still taken to an ATV location. Since most of the guests had no interest in riding, we ended up sitting at a nearby snack shop waiting. I also expected only one shopping stop (the Turkish delight store), but the tour included two or three additional shopping points inserted throughout the day. On the positive side, we did visit the main attractions listed, and the lunch provided was genuinely delicious. The Green Tomb (Yeşil Türbe) was beautiful, but a bit rushed. The itinerary mentioned 2–3 hours in that area, so I was looking forward to exploring the nearby bazaar/market and visiting Osman I’s tomb too. Instead, we only had about one hour and could only see the Green Tomb. That was quite disappointing. The tour finally ended around 10:15pm. It was a very long day. While I wasn’t fully satisfied with how the itinerary was followed, I really appreciate the driver who worked hard from early morning until late at night.

The Bursa tour I took last week was really better than I expected. Our guide was both knowledgeable and quite friendly, making the tour more enjoyable. It was great to feel both the historic fabric and the peaceful atmosphere of the city at sites like the Green Turbine, Ulu Mosque, and the village of Cumalıkızık. And the Alexander kebab at the meal break added a special flavor to the tour. Transportation was convenient, timing was very good, we were neither bored nor in a rush. In short, it was both a cultural and enjoyable experience, and getting to know Bursa so close was really valuable
