Finally, you will prepare a creamy and natural homemade ice cream. After the preparation, you will sit down at the table to enjoy your creations, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine. This class was absolutely incredible! As someone who has to eat gluten-free, finding authentic pasta in Italy can be tough, let alone learning how to make it from scratch. Christian made the experience so much fun! The pasta was the best I’ve ever tasted (gluten free or normal). The highlight of my trip so far- don’t miss it!
