This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! We learned how to make fresh fettuccine, ravioli, and authentic tiramisu completely from scratch, and every minute was so much fun. Our instructor was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly patient (especially with our group... 😂). He explained each step clearly, shared great tips along the way, and made the experience enjoyable for cooks of every skill level. The best part was sitting down to enjoy everything we created. The pasta and tiramisu were absolutely delicious, and it was so rewarding knowing we had made them ourselves. The class left me inspired to start making fresh pasta from scratch at home instead of buying it from the store. If you're visiting Italy, don't miss this experience. Paris our instructor was wonderful! The pasta making portion was great. It was convenient that they cook it and make the sauce. I thought it would be more lively, perhaps though that was because of the group of people in the class being families. Don’t know that I would recommend to other solo travellers looking to meet people. I also thought the wine pour couple have been a bit more generous. Overall glad I did the class.
