Driver was puntual, we had a delay in Boston the operator communicated with me that the change was not a problem and they were able to pick me up at the new time 3h later. Driver and vehicle were very presentable and clean. Courteous and very accommodating.

The only difficult part of the trip we planned was how to get from Fiumucino Airport to the B&B we were staying at before our cruise in Civitavecchia- we did not want to leave a rental car parked for 10 days and the trains seemed difficult to maneuver with a lot of luggage (there does not appear to be a direct train from the airport to Civitavecchia from what I would find- you have to go to Rome first and then transfer). I found the private car transfer from Viator that would take us directly from the airport to our hotel which seemed which seemed much less complicated-the company communicated with us directly which was great because our flight ended up being delayed and we were able to make them aware of that ahead of the pick up. The driver was exactly where he was supposed to be ahead of the pick up time and was easy to locate as he had a sign with our name on it. He took my large suitcase which was great because there was a bit of a walk to where the car was parked. He was polite and professional and the car was spotless. I am not the best rider in a car when someone else is driving, typically it makes me nervous but I have to say that I felt very comfortable in this situation. The driver took us right to the door of our B&B as well as contacted the owner to let her know we had arrived so she could come down to get us. He waited until she came before leaving to make sure that we were able to get in. The whole experience went smoothly which was very nice especially after a long red-eye flight. I would definitely book again if I had the same need in the future.

There were 3 adults on our group. Our driver was waiting for us with my name. The vehicle was perfect - a Mercedes van. Our driver was very nice. We had a little walk to the parking area where our vehicle was. The ride to Citivicchia was very comfortable.
