Ticket and audio guide were received the day before as described. The ticket does get you straight in and although there is a small queue it moves quite fast. Once in you’re free to move around but it’s very busy so be warned. The visit was let down by the short audio guide, It gives very little information of what you’re looking at and more about the dome itself.

There is no fast lane; instead, there is a regular entrance for valid tickets.so you pay much more for nothing
We never have written it is skip-the-line entery; It is fast track due to skip one of the lines in front of the Pantheon. There are many lines in front of the Pantheon. Some of them which are so huge lines and takes much time, are for preparing the tickets on the location. You will skip these lines; There is another line for those who already have tickets. It takes maximum 15 mins (depends of the rush time) to scan your tickets and is mandatory for all persons to follow it. So, you will skip the first line. Highly recommened to purchase your tickets beforehand. We did an earlier arrival of around 9 am. When we arrived we were very surprised by the amount of people that were there. There were three lines and the one in the center was for if you had tickets. The other two were to purchase tickets and then you would have to stand in the line for purchased tickets. So this deal saved us a lot of time in line. The audio guide was easy to download and it was about 17 minutes long. Our tickets were sent to us a day or so beforehand as well. Overall, this was one of the easiest experiences to book and attend. Reasonably priced as well.

Regarding instructions for downloading the audio guide, entry passes, and contact with Viator, everything was fine. We went directly to the Pantheon without waiting in line. But inside the Pantheon, the coverage started to fail; we had to go out twice and ended up downloading the audio guide, but even so, it was not clear and kept cutting out.
We chekced the audio guide and it is working well without any interrupting. Maybe, the cutt out is due to a hardware device of you are using. AJA Global Tours
