The best thing you’ll do in Rome, without a doubt.

Phenomenal in every way!! I couldn’t be happier with this cooking class, it’s truly a gem in Rome. Making everything from scratch from supplies you bought directly from the market that morning, choosing the menu as a group so it’s something you actually wanted to eat and not just a pre-determined meal shows the true flexibility of the whole adventure, and even when we had additional thoughts or ideas along the way they were incorporated seamlessly into the day without a bit of trouble. The whole thing was tailored to exactly what we wanted and needed and we truly learned useful skills to be able to make this again at home, and it was NOT a basic meal, it was surprisingly advanced. The small group of 5 participants allowed us to really get to know each other and get comfortable working together and made the experience that much more special. I have no idea how I got so lucky to find this fabulous place but I am so thankful that I did.

An amazing cooking class

A phenomenal experience with Jacapo. Starting off at the farmer’s market gave a real sense of the local ingredients. Are VERY accommodating for allegens (One of us is gluten free and the other allergic to nuts and peanuts and had no problem). Make sure you have an appetite when you go! It’s an experience not to be missed in Rome.

100% Must Do If You’re In Rome

I had such an amazing time, our chef Davide was so sweet and super easy to follow when he was giving us instructions. I’ve taken so many cooking classes but never one like this. You start in Campo Di Fiori and you pick your ingredients in the market right there and you get all fresh produce. Then the chef takes you to the butcher shop and a couple other local places to get everything for the cooking classes. This made it feel super special. The actual cooking classes itself was very fun and I felt so comfortable in the group setting. Everyone was super super nice and it was sooo much fun. AND THE FOOD, OMG it was absolutely amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever made food that delicious before but we made fresh pesto spaghetti pasta aswell as a little appetizer with traditional roman meats and roasted burrata cheese. We also made chicken with bell peppers with white wine sauce aswell as strawberry and lemon sorbet. Everything was 10/10 and of course it was also bottomless wine 🤣😇💗 I highly recommend taking this class and would take it again for sure

Best cooking class in Roma 🫶🏽

This was the loveliest cooking class ever. Davide was the best professor and cook! We picked fresh ingredients from the market, had a photographer at all times, met the loveliest people and the best part took the receptive and experience home with us 💗
