Itinerary
After your pick up at 9h30 min the tour will start with a transfer to Fátima, where you will arrive around 11h00. When you arrive in Cova da Iria - where is the Shrine of Fátima - your private guide will present to you the Rosary Basilica, the Church of Holy Trinity and the small Chapel of Apparitions - the place where everything started in 13 of May of 1917. If you wish, you can join to a mass or to a rosary. You will have also some free time to put a candle, if you want.
Then you will visit the houses of Lúcia, Jacinta and Francisco in Aljustrel, where you will see how was life in the beginning of XX century.
After visiting Aljustrel you will go to Valinhos to walk thru the stations of the cross (in the Hungarian Calvary) and to see the statues of Our Lady and of the Peace Angel about there apparitions.
You will also go to visit the Parish Church of Fátima (Old Fátima) - the place where the 3 shepherds were baptized. And the place where they were buried, if you want. During the day there will be time for guide visits and also for free time. Of course you will have also time to take a meal or make some shopping. The pace of the day it will be your pace.

This tour was excellent!! Our tour Guide Vera owns the company. She lives near Fatima and and her knowledge of the history and conflicts of the time gives great insight far beyond the typical tour books. She took us to the village after the Shrine visit and it was a wonderful experience.

Our tour to Fatima was amazing! We were picked up on time by Gonzalo and Our tour guide was, they both were amazing. Vera was welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable of the history and fun facts of Fatima Sanctuary. The pace of the tour allowed for plenty recreation as well as it dives into the main aspects of history of Fatima and Portugal. I Strongly recommend this tour.
Our Tour to city of Fátima was magnificent. Vera from Windstar Tours was very friendly, informative and ensure our comfort at all times. She did an excellent job with providing the history and details. All 5 individuals in my group were overly satisfied. We definitely received more than our moneys worth on this Tour. She connected with me the day before to introduce herself prior to our trip. On the morning of our departure she arrived on time and escorted us to our ride. Vera also communicated with us to familiarize us with our surroundings on the drive to Fátima. We loved the service and would not hesitate to use Windstar Tour service again.
