Itinerary
Visit the heart of one of the world’s most important pilgrimage sites — the Chapel of the Apparitions, built on the very spot where three shepherd children witnessed the Virgin Mary’s apparitions in 1917. Feel the serene atmosphere that continues to inspire millions of pilgrims, and take a moment of quiet reflection in this sacred place.
Spend time exploring the Sanctuary of Fátima, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in the world, attracting millions each year. Visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, where devotion and history come together, and learn about the miraculous apparitions of the Virgin Mary to the three shepherd children — Lúcia, Francisco, and Jacinta — in 1917. Take in the peaceful atmosphere that has made Fátima a symbol of faith and hope for over a century.
Batalha Monastery is a magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the country’s finest examples of Gothic architecture. Built in the 14th century to commemorate Portugal’s victory at the Battle of Aljubarrota, this monumental complex stands as a masterpiece of devotion and artistry. Admire the intricate stonework of the Founder’s Chapel, where King João I, Queen Philippa of Lancaster, and their son, Prince Henry the Navigator, are laid to rest.
Perched high above the Atlantic, Sítio da Nazaré offers one of Portugal’s most breathtaking coastal panoramas. From this dramatic cliff-top viewpoint, enjoy sweeping views over the beach below — a spot cherished by locals and surfers alike. Visit the Chapel of Memory, built by Dom Fuas Roupinho in the 12th century to honor the Virgin Mary after she saved him from falling into the sea, and admire the nearby Church of Our Lady of Nazaré, a graceful baroque sanctuary.
Discover Nazaré, Portugal’s most iconic coastal village, where tradition and natural beauty meet. Once a humble fishing town, Nazaré is now world-famous for its golden beaches, dramatic cliffs, and record-breaking waves. Learn how local fishermen once hauled their colorful boats onto the sand to protect them from the fierce Atlantic, and soak in the authentic atmosphere of this seaside gem. Take time to enjoy a leisurely lunch at one of Nazaré’s traditional seafood restaurants, where the day’s fresh catch is served with ocean views that perfectly capture the spirit of coastal Portugal.
End your day in the enchanting medieval village of Óbidos, one of Portugal’s most picturesque and well-preserved towns. Enclosed within ancient stone walls, Óbidos is a maze of cobbled streets, whitewashed houses draped in flowers, and cozy artisan shops. Once gifted to Queen Isabel in the 13th century, the town became known as the “Wedding Gift Village.” As you explore, soak in its timeless beauty and vibrant local culture — from charming bookstores and chocolate boutiques to lively festivals that fill the narrow lanes. To complete your visit, enjoy a tasting of the famous local liqueur, Ginjinha, served in a traditional shop that has perfected this sweet cherry recipe over generations.

Beautiful sites, interesting historical perspective provided by our guide, Maria. Unfortunately, the drive was quite nerve-racking, as Maria was apparently on a time crunch and drove extremely aggressively with many near misses of pedestrians, motorcycles, and cars.. Otherwise, great tour.
Rita was amazing! We loved hearing about the history of Portugal and seeing the amazing sights
What a great tour with our guide Rita. All the sights were beautiful. Rita told a lot at all the sights. We also got enough free time to look around. It was a very nice day with Rita. Definitely recommended!!!

Need to see d village where lucia francisco n jacinta grew up Ate fish stew Miguel is d best driver n guide
Excellent value for money and the tour guide who also drove us named Mike ( 8 person tour max) was so good. We visited 4 sites which were brilliant and he recommended the restaurant in Nazare to have local traditional food. When we got back we heard other tour guides on the street trying to scam people $250 for what we did for $68 each. Mike told us history and gave us so much info and my wife was so happy to see the 700 year old statue of Mary holding Jesus in the church in Nazare , we would never of known where to find it.
Alex was an amazing tour guide! I would highly recommend him agat!
First time in Lisboa. Definitely worth it. Was able to see so much of the city. Learned so much about the history of Portugal. Can't wait to visit Portugal again
Great tour! Ask for Mike—he goes above and beyond to make the experience even better. You’ll really enjoy it. In Nazaré, have lunch by the beach so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Rita was wonderful. Great to have a small group. It was great to see part on Portugal outside of Lisbon. All four stops were great
