Dino was great. He clearly knew a lot about the area. He takes you to many great spots and shows you many good views.
Sara was brilliant ! Super friendly and super nice. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who visits Rome. :)
We had such a wonderful, fun and interactive trip with our driver, Alex! He was sure to double check that we spent the most times that we needed at certain places that we hadn't seen yet and was a wealth of knowledge and fun facts throughout! So kind and courteous and made our trip stress-free and exactly what we needed to wrap up our stay in Rome! We took an evening ride right at sunset to beat the heat! The cart was luxurious and a great way to travel through the city quickly if you are strapped for time.
We arrived 11 mins late after our Uber took the wrong direction and almost caused an accident. We explained the issue and was still told that we could not reschedule. We lost the full $139. I understand we were late, but it seems reschedule fee would have been fair instead of charging the full amount of a tour that we were not a part of.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were unable to join the tour. However, your review clearly states that your late arrival resulted from circumstances related to your transportation to the meeting point. As you acknowledge, you arrived 11 minutes after the scheduled departure time and therefore did not participate in the experience. The review is therefore not an assessment of the tour itself, but rather expresses dissatisfaction with the applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy following a missed departure. Kind regards, Luxurbe Team
We had a wonderful time! Augusto was very prompt and knowledgeable and made the tour fly by! This is the best way to see Rome!
Everything was perfect, our guide Enoch was very kind and super helpful. I recommend it if you want to do targeted visits in a short time!
Matt was an excellent driver! Super knowledgeable about all the history of the surrounding area. If you’re looking for an authentic experience you do not want to miss the opportunity to book with Matt! If you also need restaurants or coffee recommendations 😉 he is also your guy! Thank you Matt!
Robin was a great guide! He was very informative and friendly. We had a great time and even though it was an “express” tour, we had enough time to take pics and enjoy the sights.
