Warm up the engines for our Lisbon Tuk Tuk Food Tour! Explore the three most historic areas of Lisbon – Baixa, Alfama, and Mouraria on this walking tour which includes a private Tuk Tuk ride. Kick off with a beer and a ”bifana”, the most famous street food around and a must-try. Then hop onto a Tuk Tuk for a one-hour tour. Take a look at iconic sights, must-see spots, and breathtaking views like highest viewpoint of Lisbon. Catch your breath with a 270-degree city view and admire the Se Cathedral! Then, we’ll take a leisurely stroll through the Mouraria neighborhood for 3 typical Portuguese treats. Enjoy a local cheese board, bacalhau à brás (codfish, Portuguese style), and other seasonal delicacies. Finally, we’ll take you to one of Lisbon’s oldest bakeries.

Pass by Praça da Figueira, one of Lisbon’s central and lively squares. Admire its open layout and surrounding historic buildings, reflecting the city’s everyday life and vibrant downtown atmosphere. Here, you'll start your Tuk Tuk ride!
Start your Tuk Tuk ride and go for a scenic drive, where you may see one of the best and the highest viewpoint of Lisbon with a 270 degree view of the city. The perfect place for the perfect picture!
Continue your Tuk Tuk adventure and pass by the São Jorge Castle, Lisbon’s iconic hilltop fortress, and admire its medieval walls and towers.
Continue by the National Pantheon, an impressive Baroque monument in Lisbon. Admire its grand dome and riverside setting, a landmark honoring Portugal’s most important historical figures.
The city’s oldest church and a striking Romanesque landmark. Admire its fortress-like façade and historic setting, reflecting centuries of Lisbon’s religious and architectural history.

I booked our Tuk Tuk tour with my travel agent and it did not disappoint. It was myself, husband and two daughters ages 19 and 26 so we could all legally drink! We met Fred at the monument and it was fun from there! Fred was great because he spoke English very well which was helpful. Our first stop to eat Portuguese sandwiches we were serenaded by an elderly lady who sang a song for us. Fred said that never happens so we felt special. The entire day was full of laughts, the driver of our Tuk Tuk cart was great too and he took us to the top of an overlook hill and even showed up a private little bar at the top of the mountain. The food was great at all the places we visited, my daughter is a vegan and Fred did a great job with accommodating her food choices with the restaurants. I would recommend this tour and to ask for Fred. He made our experience such fun!

We got to try a variety of delicious foods, and portions were generous but not too heavy to enjoy dessert. Our tour guide Joanna was knowledgeable, fun, and spoke perfect English.

Carlos was extremely kind and welcoming to us as we had a great food tour going around the city. Carlos also had great knowledge of the cities history so we were able to learn a bunch of things about Lisbon as we moved from restaurant to restaurant. All in all the tour was fantastic.
