We had the most amazing tour with our guide Lia! She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the art and the history contained in these beautiful buildings. Even in the early morning these venues are very crowded and can feel overwhelming, but Lia helped us navigate them with ease and ensured we took the time to understand the context and history - she even made sure we got in some memorable photos. We were a family of five; 2 adults, 3 late teens and a 12-year-old and we all had positive things to say about this tour.
Mateo was very informative and this guided tour was excellent! Early morning was a bit rough to get up for but I highly recommend doing the early tour. Still busy but less crowded. Great tour. Highly recommend
Great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour flowed nicely. We had a wonderful family experience.
My guide was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and made sure I was able to capture amazing photos
Claudia was an excellent tour guide. Very informative. She answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this tour
Paola was very knowledgeable and fun. she took us to the right spots and made the experience extremely enjoyable.
Enjoyed the early morning tour with Christina. She was very knowledgeable and interacted well with our small group. Small group was worth it because you could ask questions and stay together as a group. Don’t think you’ll be alone though, if you’re going in summer. You’ll be one of the first in and there is room to stay together, but there are lots of groups. Still, being able to interact with our guide was great and she did a fantastic job. We were with Liv Tours.
Massimo was 1,000 stars out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kind, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does, he made our experience unforgettable. He is the type of guide who doesn’t just show you a place—he brings it to life with stories, humor, and details you would never discover on your own. Massimo has a rare ability to take an already amazing experience and elevate it to a whole new level. If you have the chance to book a tour with him, don’t hesitate—you will leave with a greater appreciation for the history, culture, and memories you made. Grazie mille, Massimo! You were truly exceptional.
100000% recommend this tour! Liv Tours was organized and quick in getting us assigned to our guide Lia (from Sorrento - hope I spelled her name correctly) She was fantastic!! So warm and friendly and so knowledgeable!! She led us efficiently through the Vatican Museum and hit all the highlights!! The Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s were both magnificent. We took a super early tour to beat the crowds and it was so worth it. Lia was happy to take our family pics also which was so nice. Well worth the money spent - I would highly recommend Liv Tours!!
Good tour! The guide, Masimo was very detailed and did a great job of maneuvering us through spaces and telling us about all of the pieces of art.
