As part of your visit to Pearl Harbor, you’ll take a short, narrated boat ride across the harbor to the USS Arizona Memorial, operated by the U.S. Navy. The ride offers a powerful perspective—gliding over the very waters where history changed forever on December 7, 1941. Boat tickets distributed on First Come First Serve Basis. Arriving at the memorial, which floats directly above the sunken battleship, is a deeply humbling experience. You’ll see the names of the fallen etched into the white marble wall and may even witness droplets of oil—known as the “black tears of the Arizona”—still rising to the surface. It’s a quiet, moving tribute that leaves a lasting impact on all who visit.

Guide stayed in the van, we were on our own. Call us and said they didn’t pick up at the Aulani. Said it would take another $500 in cash to pick us up, even though our paid receipt to Viator said pick up at the Aulani.
Aloha and thanks for your review. We do NOT pick up at the Aulani on the regular Pearl Harbor Tour since the hotel is about 1 hour away from Waikiki. We apologise on behalf on viator. We are not sure why Viator would confirm a pickup this far away. NO, it doesn't cost $500 to pick you up at Aulani. You might be talking about the private tour option. YES, you can upgrade to a private Pearl Harbor Tour which requires additional payment and YES we do pick up at Aulani on our private tours. Aloha, Daniels Hawaii
It was very moving hearing how many men and civilians lost their lives that day. I could almost feel their souls.
Everything was great ! We would highly recommend this tour We would love to do this tour again It was very informative
Cousin Ben gave us a lot of insight how first time tour inside Pearl Harbor plus he took us around downtown Honolulu and we really enjoyed the amazing view…
We didn't have an experience the tour was cancelled and I am seeking a refund of my money. We did our own tour of the Museum.
Never got to take the . The Driver was at the wrong Hotel and they left. Had a 0830 pickup waited at hotel from 0730 to 0900. Received a very rude call from Joy at Daniel’s Hawaii berating me for not being at at the Hotel for pickup. We will a refund for this tour. Thanks
Loved the museums. Heather also took us on a detour to view the punchbowl. It was also cool to see the building in which Hawaii 5-0 was done.
We had a great guide very informative definitely a trip worth going on full of history and information completely different to expected in a very good way
I really enjoyed Pearl harbour and would like to go again and see more of the historic sites. However on the way back it had other stops which we only stopped at some of then and was a bit disappointed.
This was one of our must see stops. There are/were numerous military members of our family and it was one way to pay our respects and appreciate what they have gone through. At the same time, it was educational and tastefully put together.
