Some parts of the city were crowded, which is expected in Rome, but Lorenzo our guide he managed it well and adjusted when needed. What we liked most was that it didn't feel like a typical tour. It felt more like walking around with someone who actually lives there and knows what matters. As a couple, we appreciated that balance of learning, walking, talking etc. Not everything was perfect; there were a few waits here and there, but overall, it felt sincere and well organized.
