This modern monument pays homage to the Portuguese explorers who explored new worlds during the Age of Discovery. Situated on the banks of the Tagus, the Padrão dos Descobrimentos depicts historical figures and offers panoramic views of Lisbon and the river.
One of the longest suspension bridges in Europe, the 25 de Abril Bridge is often compared to San Francisco’s Golden Gate. Connecting Lisbon to Almada, it is a symbol of the city’s modernity and offers spectacular views, especially at sunset.
Inspired by Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, the imposing monument offers a panoramic view over Lisbon and the Tagus, being a religious and tourist landmark.

An unforgettable evening cruise along the river. Highlight was going under the bridge and seeing the monument from the water. It was a great chance to see the southern river bank from the water and to learn a little about the history and culture of the people who have lived here over the years. Very hospitable and informative host.

Beautiful walk aboard the traditional boat. In addition, the 2h tour allowed us to see Lisbon from another angle with an exchange on monuments and on the history of the capital very interesting. Tasting on board a baked wine and small biscuits from the region. I recommend crew to Top thank you 🤩

Had a wonderful tour with the team at Riga Tejo. The most gorgeous Portuguese boat, and saw heaps of major sites and learnt about Lisbon. Was also lovely to try local Muscat. Would absolutely recommend.
