Sketchy transfer of tickets compared to other viator experiences - value is not worth it compared to just purchasing on your own.
Dear Visitor, This is a self-guided tour. We have sent you all the necessary information, instructions, and your tickets. Please review everything carefully before your visit.
Excellent! Bring water and a hat. It is amazing to enter the coliseum and then the Roman forum, to see history.
Went to the meeting spot where we were told on an email the day before and no one was there. Didn’t even see a group of people or anything which would tell us where to meet.
Dear Visitor, We have already provided all the necessary information and instructions for your tour via WhatsApp and email. Please note that this is a self-guided tour with an audio guide. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you an enjoyable visit.
Great instructions and clear communications. It was also valuable to know that we could use our tickets for the Forum first which allowed us to plan our day.
Amazing experience, loved every bit of it, would like a guide the next time as app was confusing but Oh such a fantastic place, I could have spent all day in the Roman Forum and on the hill and the Colluseam was amazing, would do again and would absolutely recommend
The audio guide was not helpful at all. First, the numbered locations were vaguely marked in the app, and could not be located in the Colosseum itself. The audio went in and out. I understand that part of the problem may have been wi-fi related. But even so, the app should have provided clearer indications of the relevent locations of each audio discussion.
We clearly state that an internet/data connection is required to use the audio guide. The audio guide is working properly, so the issue may be due to an unstable or unavailable internet connection on your device. Please check your connection and try again. Thank you.
This wasn’t a “tour” in any sense of the word. This was just timed entry tickets and an app that didn’t work. Don’t do this tour unless it’s your only option. We had to book this because the other tour we’d booked was canceled at the last minute and there weren’t any good options. We’re glad we got to see these sites, but to call it a “tour” is a real stretch.
Dear Visitor, We have already informed you about how to use the audio guide. If you experience any further issues, please feel free to contact our team directly—we are always happy to assist you in any way we can. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding, as we have provided all the services included in your experience. Thank you.
The meeting point to pick up our tickets was incorrect in the app. The audio feature is on your phone so we could not get enough wifi to hear anything. I would not recommend.
Dear Visitor, Please note that the information we provided is correct. There is no specific meeting point for this tour. As clearly mentioned in our product description, you should go directly to the Colosseum entrance and present your PDF tickets to enter at your scheduled time. Additionally, mobile data is required to use the audio guide app, as stated in our product description. All ticket details and instructions have already been delivered to you via email and WhatsApp. We kindly ask you to refer to these instructions for a smooth experience during your visit. Thank you for your understanding.
Lots of history to see. Pack a good pair of walking shoes and a bottle of water. Just a vast array of ancient history
Thank you for your wonderful review.
