Super super super super. A beautiful experience.
I booked this tour as another tour booked with entry cancelled us. I follow the meeting location as shown in viator app and waited but no show. On contacting them they had mentioned theyd messaged me in whatsapp for a change which i missed. So lousy day at tge Colloseum....
Salve, abbiamo aspettato al luogo di incontro per più di 45 minuti sotto al sole per svolgere il tour con voi! Abbiamo contattato telefonicamente senza risposta, abbiamo più volte scritto nella chat di Viator senza nessuna risposta. La guida era lì ad attendervi, come potete pensare che vi riconosce se non fornite nessun tipo di contatto per raggiungervi? Non avete mai risposto a nessun tipo di messaggio o chiamata! Vi abbiamo aspettato molto tempo ed è tutto dimostrabile. Mi dispiace per la vostra brutta giornata, ma anche la guida ha faticato molto nello stare fermo sotto il sole ad aspettarvi!

5 stars! We booked this tour as a group of 10 (5 couples), and our tour guide, Marco Antonio, was excellent. He explained the history of the Colosseum and all the surrounding landmarks in a very interesting and detailed way. Since our group was bilingual, he was able to guide us in both English and Spanish, which made the experience even better. We also asked for recommendations for Mexican restaurants and shopping, and he happily pointed us to the right direction. He was very friendly, helpful, and easy to get along with. We strongly recommend this tour and especially Marco Antonio as a tour guide! He made us feel very comfortable and at home throughout the entire tour!

The tour description states that admission tickets aren’t included in the price, but it fails to mention that even if tickets are purchased the tour does not include the interior of the colloseum or the forum. We walked around outside for an hour as our guide spouted facts that I knew just from being an educated adult. To top it all off, our guide got into a screaming fight with a ticket agent before physically assaulting him right in front of our. My sister and I were so appaled we just walked away. I reached out to the tour company for a refund and they refused, siding with the tour guide. This was one of the worst tours I have ever been on. We have been traveling around Europe for a month and never once had an experience even close to this. Do not waste money on this tour company.
Salve, il tour e statvo svolto regolarmente, nella descrizione è scritto che i ticket di ingresso non sono inclusi nel prezzo! non è colpa della guida, tuttavia ha cercato di aiutarvi venendo con voi in biglietteria per farvi acquistare i biglietti per entrare, cè stato un malinteso con la biglietteria ma nessuna aggressione. purtoppo il colosseo è un monumento molto affollato e a volte in biglietteria sono stressati ma sono cose che succedono tutti i giorni quando si lavora in quel modo ma ripeto nessuna aggressione e i nostri clienti sono rimasti sempre soddisfatti di tutti i tour! mi dispiace per il malinteso
