Wow! We three friends, Rich, Suzie and I, Gail, all agree that our tour with Ricardo was extra special, and and and, dare we say, a highlight of our whole trip. The Just Tor It tour seemed to us (in merely four hours) to be all-encompassing, and with Ricardo’s expertise, command of the English language and gracious personality, we came away wishing we weren’t leaving the next day so that we could take another Just Tour It tour, with, hopefully, Ricardo at the wheel of our comfy TukTuk. Worth every euro! 💝
We had Bernardo as a guide and we couldn’t have been happier. He was polite, offered great insight on the history of the city and many of the unique and interesting sites throughout the city. He was able to take us inside some of the stops which we never would have thought possible. All in all, it provided us with both a great overview of the city as well as in-depth knowledge of some of the most fascinating historical treasures. I’d recommend this tour to anyone interested in getting a great view of the city.
We couldn’t be happier reading this! Bernardo will love knowing his insight and knowledge helped you discover both the big picture of Lisbon and those fascinating treasures hidden inside stops you never expected. That mix of overview and detail is exactly what we hope for on our tours. Thank you for recommending us — it means so much!
Great Service provided by Matheiu. We got to places we would never have discovered for ourselves. I fully recommend it

Thank you so much for sharing such a magical story! And this here: "We laughed, we danced to the sound of his playlist, we ate candy from a bakery we would never have found alone..." is music for our ears! We are very happy that your tuk tuk tour has become something so unforgettable (and even transformative!). Pedro is truly unique, and it means a lot to know that he made you feel like locals, not just visitors. His words captured everything we hope to offer in a Just Tour It experience — joy, connection and a little bit of Lisbon’s magic. ⚡ We hope you’ll be back soon for another adventure. Tour of the main monuments and sites of interest of the city, the movements are many and slow and the cars are not comfortable. Our guide was a very good and polite guy who transported us around the city, but it is a very superficial tour without great explanations of a historical, architectural, cultural nature. Just brief hints. Keep an eye on the clock as every half hour in excess has a cost of about € 60.00 which is charged at the end of the tour. We found it boring.
Dear Trave1l, Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. While we're pleased to hear you found your guide friendly and professional, we do regret any confusion around the tour’s duration and the additional fee. To clarify: your tour was booked as a 4-hour experience, but at your request was extended to include a 1.5 hour lunch break resulting in the tour exceeding the original paid for duration. Our guide should have been more proactive in communicating the extra cost at the time the extension was requested and for this we take responsibility. We offered you a refund after the tour but you declined stating reasons that worked against any possible resolution and chose to leave this review. We fully respect your decision to share your experience. Your feedback helps us grow. Warmest regards, The Just Tour It Team

Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear Matthieu made your Lisbon experience the highlight of your trip. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed learning the city’s history — and tasting those famous pastéis de Belém! We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him.
Mathieu was the best tour guide we have ever had. If you want a complete history and amazing tour of Lisbon, this is the trip for you.
Thank you for such high praise! We’re delighted to hear Mathieu made your Lisbon tour unforgettable with his knowledge and passion for the city’s history. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him.
We were with Tomas in Lisbon, Fatima, Sintra, Nazare, Obidos and the trip was spectacular. You take a great tour guide. Very dear and quiet. We highly recommend it! We were very happy. Thank you!!
Mathieu was terrific! He is personable, knowledgeable, interesting and very engaging on many topics - including my husband’s favorite, languages. Mathieu was sensitive to my husband’s walking needs and always had a Plan B if a location was closed on Monday. His flexibility due to the rain met our needs to see the highlights of both Lisbon & Belem in 2 days. Most importantly, Mathieu is passionate about being a tour guide.
It was a fantastic tour! Tomas has told us both historical facts and tips on what to visit and eat. Definitely recommended!
