Civitavecchia Port Private Luxury Transfer

The van was very comfortable and air conditioned. Driver very pleasant but not too much English spoken. In general the drivers in Italy drive quite fast and don’t leave much room from the car in front, but then again this is the birthplace of Ferrari.

I booked Fattori directly to get from our Rome hotel to the Viking cruise ship for our group of six friends. We wanted to also visit Civita and Orvieto on the way. Great trip! Everything was as planned- they showed up on time. Good driver. Beautiful sites. Arrived at ship as planned. I sent several direct messages to Fattori working out teh possible plans and details and always had prompt responses. Highly recommend Fattori.

Car didn’t arrive . After 25 minutes we took a taxi. Much more efficient and cheaper. I called and texted several times. Always promised in 10’ but no car!!

Highly recommend Fattori Car Service. We used them twice once to travel from Rome to Civitavecchia and then again from Cititavecchia to FCO. Both trips the drivers were on time and curteous. The vehicals were roomy and clean. The prices were as quoted and reasonable compared to other services.

I was not impressed. We scheduled for a prompt 7:00 am pickup since that’s the earliest we could disembark from the ship and our driver didn’t show up till 7:20, while we had been there since 6:50. Since our driver showed up late they tried desperately to make up the time due to us having a private tour of the Vatican promptly at 8:20. This resulted in us speeding, rapid lane changes, and an uncomfortable ride. I was paying for timeliness and comfort not tardiness and discomfort.

I was excited for this Greek Isles Cruise because my friends & co workers were also coming.Our flight from Dulles airpot to FCO was delayed because of weather conditions .I was messaged the tour operator via “chat”section but I wasn’t sure if they got my message .I was able to get hold of them and while on the phone our driver was messaging us that he was outside waiting. And to my surprise there was only me & my husband as his passengers! We had the van all to ourselves. It was at least an hour drive and Josel ,whose parents are from my country the Philippines, ,talked a little bit about Civitavecchia , crops & it’s weather.

Fattori car service and the tour option we added on our transfer from Rome to the cruise port was one of the best decisions, absolutely fantastic! Communication was responsive and reassuring at each step. They assisted with payment options. The drive through the countryside was comfortable in an immaculate upscale vehicle and the stops we made to the well preserved castle and UNESCO tombs were some of our group’s favorite. We arrived right on time for our embarkation and our driver Carlo was thoughtful and courteous the entire trip.

Very couteous,punctual & professional driver took us to the port in comfort. Despite having our transfer cancelled just 36hrs prior to departure by this company, we had to pay another $150 to secure transport. This was extremely stressful for our group of 6.

Driver was excellent. Concerned about being a little late and was apologetic. He got us underway quickly and safely. I would highly recommend this luxury transfer service.

Very helpful driver. Good service. Was late picking us up by 15 min. since he went to terminal 1 instead of terminal 3 where our flight arrived.
