Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Smart Cancún by Oasis over Tulum Avenue The price of this Catamaran works only for the Cancun area, passing the Hotel Comfort Inn is another area. In case that you are staying at a hotel past the Comfort Inn, a balance will be charged upon arrival at Check Inn. The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 8:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by its own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot

If the snorkeling activity cannot take place, no partial or full refund will be issued, as the rest of the tour activities will operate as normal.
