Please feel completely safe with our zip lines which cover the highest safety worldwide standards. We recommend bringing towel with you and water shoes or close toe sandals, also you must use biodegradable sunblock. Due to our commitment to nature, we suggest using biodegradable products. The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its 3 terrains, in the air on our Ziplines, in the water at our cenote, and on land on our ATVs. It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV. All our vans are sanitized daily, we are a certified company in Quintana Roo. Pickup Locations & Times
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go for a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, for Playa del Carmen is between 7:00 to 8:50 and the second is for a noon tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and for Playa del Carmen is between 11:00 am to 12:55 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. The activity starts at 9:30 and 13:30. In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation will be edited with the correct zone through the booking engine.

- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.

- ATV Insurance is included you don´t need to pay extra Insurance fee
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
- We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs.

Pick up van was almost 20 mins late and was not the van pictured when I communicated with the tour agent. From the time we entered, they kept trying to upsell every single product and service! ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!! They forced us to RENT a locker and leave all our belongings in it - including out phones. Then proceeded to take pics all throughout the day and compelled us to pay ridiculous prices for the photo packages at the end of the day. Madness! Everybody kept demanding tips and that was so overwhelming and annoying. Made the experience less fun. Tour guide was a tad rude and I hated the feeling of being rushed. Cenote swim was only 25 mins which included a chat on the rules and the requirement to shower before getting into the cenote...leaving us with 15 mins to swim. ATV ride was meehh. Beginner level.. nothing thrilling. Same for the zipline... not very high and very slow (great for kids). All in all, not as thrilling as I anticipated and I certainly didn't appreciate being constantly hounded for tips.
