It was fun! but not what we were expecting.

My husband and I had a great time on our excursion! We did the ATV, Zip line, Cenote Tour, and Tequila tasting. The cenote wasn't what we expected it to be- it seemed to be a bit worn down which we were sad about. We really wanted to experience clear blue waters under a cave and this cenote was not that. The tour guide was great!! Photographer was also amazing. However the other staff wasn't the most kind and we felt like we were just being herded around like cattle. lol I would not do this a second time. I would book a private tour of something more nice and personalized. Also- the ATV riding was just riding around in a circle and we were expecting a little more sight seeing and just over all nicer experience.

Good

The visit ultimately was a lot of fun! The food was mid, and the leaving time at 5:30 is wrong the excursion actually ends at 6pm, so don’t plan anything after your visit because your ride back will be a little over an hour. Overall good experience with the activities!

Do not recommend this tour!

First off, the pickup guy was 20 min late, which gave me anxiety that we weren’t being picked up at all. There was no email or text that he was running late, and when I called in, the (very nice) lady on the phone told me our hotel wasn’t even on the pickup list. Thankfully she was wrong. From the very beginning they hammer you about tips. First the driver has signs up that tips are his main form of job security, then you check in and they immediately try VERY HARD to upsell you another package, even going so far as to tell you that you will be hungry and thirsty if you don’t spend another $55 per person for the upgrade. The cenote itself was beautiful, but you only get 10 minutes (with your group of 20) before they are rushing you out. They don’t allow you to bring your phone or any cameras, so that they can take up a lot of time taking pictures of you and then trying to sell you at the end. For my son and I that price was $79. The atv ride is a very very bumpy trail, it’s not through the jungle it’s just a track, you see no animals and the atvs themselves are in terrible shape. My seat repeatedly fell off, so did several other people’s, and 2 of them quit running altogether. The ziplines which are also supposedly through the jungle so that you can see animals are instead right beside entrance, and are very short. All in all, it’s like you’re in a small dome, we didn’t see one single animal, they but you to take your picture every 15 seconds, and they are very pushy about tips. I was whispering to my son once about sunscreen and they shushed me in the group and told me to be quiet and listen, to their spiel about tips! Ugh!! I would not go again, and so would not recommend this company.

Cancun adventure

The place was very disorganized people didn’t understand what was going on .Had us doing tequila tasting before the other activity’s which I don’t think is ideally and maybe a safety hazard

Fun Experience

My husband and son went on this excursion, and they had a great time! When you first arrive, they will try to sell you a photo package for 50 USD... we declined and ended up paying 80 USD for the same photo package at the end of the trip. So if you want photos, pay for them up front. There are really no opportunities to take photos hanging from a zip line. Also, the atv's were in horrible shape. The cenote was a fun experience and a relief from the hot, humid weather. The worst part of the trip was the time it took to pick everyone up, and the van's air conditioning did not work. Which made for a miserable ride there and back.

Be prepared to spend extra money!!!

This experience was very fun. The ATV ride was the least fun. They made our group of 4 double up on the ATVs. The route was so rocky and it was kind of painful to sit on the ATVs. Also everything was an upcharge. We got there and they sold us on the VIP experience and said there would be around 200 people at the cenote vs around 20. It was an extra $59USD a person on top of the $75 USD per person to book through Viator. Then they bring us to the market where they have different combo packages and it was very hard for the workers to understand “no” we didn’t want the combos. At least for our particular day, we didn’t need the bandanas or goggles. And it was a giant waste of money. ATVs were first. I couldn’t wait for that to be over. Then we went to the ziplines. That was fun. We then moved to the tequila tasting and we tested 6 different tequilas. Then we went to the cenote. The cenote was the best part hands down. I would do it all over again but I would rather skip the ATV and spend more time at the cenote.
