Soar through the treetops on the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya and drive an amphibious vehicle over all kinds of terrain. Start your day with a relaxing 45-minute journey in an air-conditioned minivan from your Cancun hotel to Xplor Adventure Park. Once you arrive, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a range of exciting activities at your own pace.
ZIPLINES Feel the thrill of flying high above the rainforest canopy on the exhilarating zip line courses. Soar at heights of up to 150 feet (30 meters) while taking in stunning views of the surrounding jungle. Some zip lines take you into the depths of underground caves, where you’ll race through dark crevices and grottoes. One of the zip lines even ends with a thrilling splash into a sparkling cenote.
Amphibious Vehicle Ride Next, hop into a state-of-the-art amphibious vehicle and embark on a jungle adventure. Traverse off-road trails, rocky riverbeds, and suspended bridges on a 3-mile (5 km) circuit, discovering the diverse flora and fauna of the lush jungle.
Rafting Through Underground Caves For a unique experience, you can paddle a raft through mysterious underground chambers. Glide through caverns adorned with sharp stalactites and stalagmites, and take a refreshing swim in the cool waters of the underground caves.
Lunch and Relaxation After your adventure-filled morning, enjoy some time to freshen up in the park’s excellent facilities. Then, indulge in a delicious buffet lunch with a variety of local and international dishes, inspired by fresh, healthy ingredients. After your meal, take a moment to relax in a hammock surrounded by the peaceful, natural beauty of the park.
At the end of your day, board your air-conditioned minivan and enjoy a comfortable journey back to your hotel in Cancun, reflecting on the unforgettable adventures you’ve experienced.

Pickup Locations & Times
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation, or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Priority Access means that upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. - If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

- Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
- It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
- Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
- For children under 1 mt tall activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
- The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
- Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
- Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.
- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
- The Voucher schedule is informative.
- If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
- Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.
- All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
- We accept changes in visit dates from one month to the next (valid until the current year and subject to changes in public tariffs)
- We accept changes of visit dates from one day to another with the restriction of one day before.
- Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

Incredible, the activities are wonderful, the circuit of 7 tiroles has an incredible view, the toboggan is very fun, the amphibious car ride is very worth just, underground tour in the water beautiful visual. Extremely clean, organized park, with many options to eat and drink. The staff are very polite and kind.

Lots of walking up and down. Staff is not very friendly. Not worth cost there are better ones out there
It was incredible, from getting picked up at our resort and until the end. We had so much fun. I highly recommend you pay for the pictures ~90usd so that way you don't have to carry your phone around with you! Food was decent too for the lunch.

Absolutely loved all of the attractions, we started off with the most calm (rafts, swimming) and worked our way up to the zip lines and the water slide. The adrenaline rush from the zip lines was amazing and the water slide is nowhere near as scary as it might look, we had so much fun. We loved how long we got to spend on each activity, especially the driving. The food was great with a lot of choice, we didn’t eat until 3pm and everything was still warm/fresh. Everything was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. You need sturdy water shoes, mainly for the underground expedition as flimsy ones do not protect your feet enough. Be prepared to get lots of steps in walking around. The slide had a 1hr queue at the end of the day so try to prioritise activities when they show as “green”.
The entire experience was perfect from the communication leading up to the activity, the pickup time, friendly staff and so much more! The Xplor park was amazing with short wait times and amazing food as well! I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary!
The whole was great. Transportation. Was very organized and friendly staff. I would put this is on your to do list.
Do not book with them !!! They are scammers who will refuse a refund for their own miscommunication. Our pickup was 7:30am, the driver claimed he got there at 7:47am, did not call or text us. And they won’t reschedule or give a refund. Avoid them!!!

Xplor Park was so much fun and definitely worth it! We loved all the activities—ziplining, driving the ATVs, the waterslide, and swimming through the underground river were all amazing experiences. Hotel pickup was smooth and convenient. We were picked up around 6:30 AM, arrived at the park around 9:15 AM, stayed until closing at 5 PM, and were back at the hotel by 6:15 PM. It was a full day of adventure and everything was very well organized. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cancun and looking for an exciting excursion!
It’s so much fun!!! We have a 12 yrs old kid, we all enjoyed the park. Even we’re not a big fun of zipline, we skipped the main zip line, but we had fun at splash Even though we’re not big fans of zip line, we skipped the main, but we had fun at the splash hammock. We did all others activities! That’s enough to fill your day! Don’t give up the park if you doesn’t like zip line, you still can have a lot of fun!!
