- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- The minimum age to board the catamaran for our Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing tour is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old.
- Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
- For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
- For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
- The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.

It was a great excursion but, a long & uncomfortable day. I don’t recommend if you can’t swim because there were 2 middle of the ocean/water stops before arriving on the island. Because some people in my party couldn’t swim, we were stuck on the boat, in the sun while others swam. Another downside is that once we arrived on the island, we had to stay for 3 hours with no transportation back. We rented a scooter for an hour and went to the beach during that time. The beach charges for everything and we weren’t willing to pay because we had an all-inclusive beach at our resort. We ended up returning the scooter early and sitting at The Black Pearl Restaurant for the last 2hrs. 1.5-2hrs would have been enough time to be on the island. 3hrs was miserable. On the brighter side, the catamaran crew of 5 were amazing, attentive, and made the experience better!
It was a well balanced excursion-provided a balance of activities & also down time to relax at the beach or go shopping!
Tour is quite interesting, suitable for families with children, not getting too tired, diving to see a lot of fish and coral.

The crew was great, but not luxury sailing. Sandwich and some fruit you had to find. Snorkeling was kinda rushed and then swim was short lived and then dropped on island for a bit. I would recommend just ferrying over there yourself and eat on the island. Also read the fine, fine print. Charged $20 per person for transportation and another $20 for docking fee which one spot said transportation included. Then another spot said $20 for transportation. They wait until after booking to to tell you about the other $20 docking fee per person. Ok trip, the crew was nice but would not do again. They need to update their fees in trip advisor. Or be transparent before booking about $40 additional per person!

It was a wonderful beach. Make sure you do your research before you go to Isla so you are prepared for all of the people who are soliciting business.
It was a nice catamaran ride. Unfortunately we were not able to get the full experience with snorkeling due to the weather. Otherwise, it was fun and nice party vibe.
The boat ride over was great and the crew was awesome. All inclusive with drinks and lunch. Come enjoy a party
Staff were friendly, boat was clean, the water was beautiful (especially with the seaweed situation on the mainland beaches). Reason for only 3 stars was mainly the logistics. Advertised as a 5.5 hour experience, but in reality it was an about a 10-11 hour day with over 4 hours spent in the van. In hindsight, I probably wouldn’t have signed up for this experience with a toddler (who wasn’t allowed to snorkel anyway). But if you are staying closer to the port or take your own transportation the boat experience itself was nice.
Great trip! We had about 2.5 hours on Isla Mujeres. The snorkel and swim spots were great. It wasn’t too long at the snorkel swim spots for those waiting in the boat. Good sandwiches were provided on the way to the island. Friendly staff! I do wish we had a bit more time on the island as the beaches were stunning!
