Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is included and optional. Pickup from Playa del Carmen is only available for the morning schedule. If your hotel is located outside our pickup area, a central meeting point will be recommended during reconfirmation. If your hotel is not listed, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel so we can arrange the closest pickup location and time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, you will be asked to go to the nearest meeting point. Please check the list of hotels on the checkout page to confirm if your hotel is included among the available pickup locations. Pickup usually occurs up to 100 minutes before the activity start time, depending on traffic and distance from the park. Your exact pickup time will always be confirmed by one of our team members, so please keep an eye on your messages or phone.

Rodrigo was an amazing guide and it's honestly worth the money you get a lot of activities compared to the popular adventure parks in the area, there was no wait time for anything and all of the team was very helpful with all the activities.

Cenotes could be more alluring the photo made it look more majestic than it was

You might need a face cover for dust while riding ATV.if you don't have one you gonna get it for 13 american dollars. The cenote is rocky you need a good shoe for it.

The experience at the location was great. Worth every penny. My only complaint was the transportation to and from the hotel. The bus had no AC and we had to wait for approximately 1 hr before being picked up to go back to the hotel.
