The places visited were beautiful (although you don't see a single castle). Hotel pickup and transfer, perfect. But the guide, an essential part of these tours, was a decorative figure: he did not provide any relevant information about the places visited, nor did he accompany us to tour them, and he barely speaks a few words in Spanish (language with which we contract the service).
Tour was interesting, guide was good, but you marketed this as a tour of "castles" and there were no real castles. This was disappointing to castle lovers who signed up only because of your tour title.
Good morning Mr. Ryan, thank you for your kind words about the tour in Rome. Now I will explain the word "castelli romani", as it is also described in the tour at the time of booking: Castelli romani, are called this way to a group of 17 small towns "ancient villages" around the city of Rome, located on the hills of the Alban Hills, all with real ancient traditions, with different gastronomy and patronal festivals. In the 1300s the Vatican was taken away to Avignon, this created a lot of poverty in Rome, for this reason the Roman people were asking for work and help to the rich and powerful families who lived in huge villas (imposing structures and castles) around Rome, thus creating small villages now called the famous Castelli romani. If you want to visit and sleep in the Castles in Italy, let us know, we have several tours with many activities inside. Thank you! we are here at your disposal
Roberto was an excellent driver and really great guy! We enjoyed getting to know him and hearing stories about the Casteli region. Unfortunately, we visited Castel Gandolfo on the a religious holiday and the villa and museum were closed, but we really enjoyed Nemi. Ariccia may have been interesting if we could have seen the Baroque museum there.
We remember you very well! You are a fantastic family and we thank you for your participation in the tour because without your help it would not have been possible to offer our best. It was a real pleasure to meet you. We are here at your disposal. See you next time

This was awesome. Our tour guide was so on time, great vehicle, very kind and patient. He gave us the best tour around this cute towns. He took the time to explain the history around each one of them. He knew the vendors of every town and was patient enought to wait for us to see everything and he was always offering to take our pictures. He finished it up recommending the most wonderful restaurant in Castel Gandolfo. It was delicious. Very professional service. We are extremely pleased with this tour. Highly recommend it!!

Highly recommend this tour. Nemi was an interesting little town. But the high point was Castel Gandolfo and the one time Summer residence of the Pope. The audio guide tour was informative and the display of papal vehicles was a highlight. Our guide recommended lunch at Ristorante Pagnanelli where we a an excellent lunch while enjoying the magnificent lake view.
We are happy that you enjoyed the day of touring the submerged Roman castles in the beautiful Roman towns, among many attractions and beautiful views. Thank you so much for your kind words! Thank you for helping us follow our work with determination. A dear greeting
