It was a very enjoyable, fulfilling, and informative tour of Bursa. The historical atmosphere of Cumalıkızık and the tranquility of Kozahan were wonderful. The pace of the tour was just right. We had a very rich day, both historically and culturally.
It offered both delicious food and magnificent views. Our guide was very friendly and gave us a lot of interesting information throughout the tour. We had a very enjoyable day.
We had the opportunity to discover both the natural and historical beauties of Bursa. The cable car ride and nature walks were very enjoyable. Lunch was delicious too. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accompanied us throughout the tour.
Great escape from the hustle and bustle of istanbul. the transportation was very comfortable and the guide was fantastic. the lunch included in the tour was absolutely delicious and authentic. seeing the giant historical tree was also a highlight.
The absolute worst day tour I have ever taken. On a bus filled with families, and lots of children, the tour ran hours late. We did not arrive back in Istanbul until close to midnight, about 5 hours later than had been indicated, and there had been no provision for people to have dinner. Children (and adults) were starving. The Turkish factory was just a cheap shop with a sales pitch. And the Turkish Delight was terrible -- had much better at stores in Istanbul. Same for the jam store. Never saw the sports in Bursa. And when returning, the guy leading the tour turned on loud techno music. Just ridiculously poor all the way around.
My family and I went on a tour of Bursa and we were really pleased. The guide and driver were polite and professional. The lunch was lovely. Our time in Uludağ was wonderful; there was a magnificent snow view. The cable car ride was also amazing. It was the first time I'd ever ridden such a long cable car. I highly recommend it.
Never book any tour with this company. They sell their tour on getyourguide as bursa natural tour. The reasons i would suggest you to avoid this tour company are lack of customer empathy, transparency and threatening the customer based on race, nationality.I had booked this tour on getyourguide but on the morning of tour i was told my pickup location was 2km away and i would not be offered hotel pickup as promised on getyourguide app.I requested for atleast nearby pickup but the operator declined. When i told him that i would give feedback on getyourguide that pickup not done as per promise,he abruptly cancelled my tour 20 minutes before the tour. After cancelling my tour he went on to abuse me based on my nationality and told he organises several such tours everyday.I took bursa tour next day and i was offered hotel pickup by another company. So i am attaching the pictures if conversation, the getyourguide tour picture. Please save yourself from mr mahsun and book with another company
Sounded so exciting but nothing exciting about it. Was not told I needed a passport for this tour but luckily I had a copy on my phone. Drove for most of the tour. Stopped ever 30 minutes so guide could have a smoke. Guide was rude and arrogant and screamed at clients when they asked a question. 30 minutes on the cable car was about the only real fun thing on this trip. Did many things that were not mentioned on itinerary i.e.. stopped at many shops so that we could buy expensive things that the guide would get commission for. Extra activities should've been established before getting to activity so that we would not waste time driving there and could maybe do something else that would interest us all. Guide had no passion. Thought I would die that day with how the driver drove. Please put additional activities in itinerary with prices in the exclusion section. Food was not great and most clients felt sick after the meal...poor quality. Luckily I told the guide that I was vegetarian before the lunch which he was not happy about. I did tell the agency but they obviously didn't get the message to him. I know my group was not happy. People I met on this tour made it bearable. Oh before I forget, it took about 3 bus changes to get onto the actual bus which was transporting us. Late arrival for pickup...so I missed breakfast.
