This was a great experience . The trip itself was great and the ground staff and flight crew were delightful to deal with. They went to a lot of effort to make this a safe and memorable trip.
Had a great flight with information given to us
What a wonderful experience from start to finish, just as the sun was rising. Our lady pilot was the best!
Rebecca was a great and friendly pilot and Tony and Emma were very good company/guides on the walk into Cathedral Gorge. Highly recommended way to see the Bungle Bungles. Flying is a good option, you can see the corrugations on the road from the air.
Was so special to see the Kimberley from the air, and especially the Bungle Bungles. I thought they were just a few big rocks, but they were so vast and spread out! Hannah was a great pilot and tour guide. I even scored a helicopter all to myself, which was very special
I only did fly in/out but wish I had booked the treks etc. The flight was brilliant with Mathew as pilot and guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly/attentive. In fact, everyone that I had contact with at Aviair was fabulous. Highly recommended!
It was a fantastic trip particularly the helicopter flight over the area with close ups of the rock formations. We did not do any walk on this trip as it did not appear to be included. It was too hot for a walk anyway. The plane flights were bumpy for those with motion sickness. The commentators were very informative.
Aviair uses the wrong plane for sightseeing. They use airplane that is good for transportation and that’s all it should be used for. A true sightseeing plane seats everyone at a window so each customer gets a great view. Aviair packs you in like sardines and has three seats on each row . Their only focus is to make money and are definitely not customer oriented. Consequentially the middle passenger doesn’t get a view and in our case we were “assigned” seats under the wing, so middle seat only sees wing struts. We basically subsidized everyone else’s good “sightseeing “ trip because we had obstructed views and terrible seating. Did I mention we were only Americans on board so preferential treatment was given to Australians and New Zealanders. Our tour operator was informed about this horrible experience and we told them to never recommend this flight. I suggest you skip Aviair Cessna airplane and take a helicopter ride to Bungle Bungles. You will have 100% better experience. Use HeliSpirit. We were only ones in helicopter and paid a lot less money to get an actual tour and not just a flight.
Absolutely awesome day from pick up to drop off Dill did a fantastic job organising us and piloting the plane. Great tour on the ground at the Bungles. Catered to everyone's ability
The 2 young female pilots made the flight with their banter. Also a lot of information and detail over the areas we flew.
